The staff at the super 8 are amazing the ladies that work there was awesome. I have to say the lady behind the desk I don't know her name but she is there till 6 even is awesome she was so nice and we are in-between moving to florida and will have to be here a few weeks but I will say every hotel should have one of her she has made my stay awesome she is great very understanding of what is going on and welcomes u like home I wish I knew her name but I don't but I assure u everyone should have one of her thank u super 8 staff

Nothing to tell there it was great place

I was pleased with everything except the price .Since I checked in so late I should have been able to stay until Monday but I was only on the room for about 6 hours and I should have been charged only 50%of the room charged. I feel like I got taken for an over charged . I think I should be given a voucher for a free room for 1 night.

The price for the little time I was in the room I feel like I was charged too much. And I should be giving a voucher for it for a one night free room.

The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was diligently on their job and very kind! The facility was clean, including our room. The breakfast variety was not good but we also ate breakfast later in the timeframe so that is probably our fault for missing the good stuff.

The hotel sits off a busy highway 280. The traffic, noise of loud trucks, and motorbikes prevented me from getting a good night's rest.

The Super 8 gave us a cheap place to stay that isn't too far from Jordan O'Hare Stadium. The staff was kind and helpful. It is a great value stay for visitors on the road to Auburn. The room was comfortable and clean

There wasn't much breakfast left when we ate. I do not fault the hotel staff because we ate on the later side

Staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were quiet despite the hotel being pretty full. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a good value.

I actually didn't dislike any part of my stay. It was nothing fancy, but a great value.

Quite , peaceful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

The floors need cleaning (mopping) some old foot prints on the Bathroom floor. The commode was leaking water around the flapper inside the tank ( not a problem for me but cost the company a lot of money over time)

With us being there for a softball tournament, the staff was extremely understanding and laid back with our kiddos running every where. We always choose this hotel

How conveniently close everything is together , since kiddos are running every where

The breakfast was good and the location were good and the staff was very nice and friendly.

The sink wasn’t draining well the cover had burn marks and spots and the floor was dirty. The pool need cleaning out I stepped on a screw that was in the pool and the refrigerator was leaking but I didn’t complain about it.

We were able to get breakfast the first morning but the second morning we couldn't they didn't have anything left.

I didn't like room service cleaning my room while we were away. I didn't request that.

Everything was nice! We enjoyed our stay

The Food! The breakfast tasted like leftovers. the eggs were like rubber, the biscuits were hard and over done. so we went out for breakfast.
