Beds were super soft and breakfast was great.

I had my service dog with me no problem at check in but next morning I took my dog outside through another exit and came back in the front entrance. Front desk lady yelled across lobby your not bringing that dog in here. I told her it was a service dog and we had a room. she said I don't care your not bringing it in my lobby find another door!

We loved the room and the bathrooms are always clean and supplied with towels face wash, lotion and the showers have shampoo, condo, and body wash. LOVE the fact that they have microwaves! The breakfast was very nice and always has plenty of good food.

The elevator and hallway carpet smelled, not from being dirty, but from some spray they put on it (bug spray). It is not new carpet, seems very old, but the smell…the carpet INSIDE the room was perfect of course.

What an Amazing 👏 hotel! The room was so clean and the staff was so very polite and accommodating. The dining area was clean and free flowing and breakfast and coffee was even better. KUDOS 👏 To The Staff for doing such an amazing job at this hotel. I will definitely visit again. Also, considering it was sold out on last night, it was very quite as well. Thank you for an Amazing Stay!

Friendly staff, hot, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed. Clean facilities, hot shower. I loved that the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were in the shower, so you couldn't forget to grab them.

I can't really think of anything that I didn't like about the hotel or my stay. Maybe that for my purposes, the location was a little farther out of town than I would have preferred. But overall, it is a great location.

This is our second year coming to this hotel on our girls trip to the casino. The property is always clean. The staff is always very nice and helpful. And out of the three hotels located in that area they have the best breakfast. Rooms are always clean and quiet.

Cleanliness

The fact that yes breakfast had just ended. But I couldn't even get a cup of orange juice . That's dispensed from a drink machine into a paper cup. The attendee for the morning before I could get a cup out the slot says you can't get that breakfast over . I'm like wow it's just juice .

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. THE BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL. THE ROOM WAS ON RIGHT IN THE PERFECT LOCATION.

THE BATHROOM WAS CLEAN BUT NEED HIGHER TOILETS FOR HANDICAP PEOPLE. I HAVE BAD KNEES AND IT WAS HARD FOR ME TO GET DOWN THAT LOW TO USE THE RESTROOM.

Hotel is very clean and well located. Breakfast was included in my rate but I did not get up early enough for it (it ends at 9:30am).

Surprised the hotel is built with one elevator instead of two, but this is an observation and not a complaint.

BREAKFAST WAS OK. WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MORE CHOICES OF ,MEATS AND SIDES.

EVERY THING WAS GOOD. NEED TO MAYBE CHECK INTO HOW WE DRESS TO COME DOWN TO BREAKFAST. ESPECIALLY THE LADIES. TO MUCH BODY EXPOSURE.

it was beautifully landscaped, very nice, great atmosphere when you walked in, staff amazingly polite. I will be staying there again.

Not to sound negative, some criticism can help make it a perfect stay. when we walked into the room it smelled like popcorn or smelly feet. Really bad and we weren’t able to get rid of it by turning the air down. Bathroom floor was very dirty.
