In a nice walkable neighborhood. All employees were very nice.

The Thursday and Friday breakfast was horrible. There were a lot of people there evacuating from a hurricane in Florida. The lady that was there that day had a horrible attitude and did not keep the breakfast area stocked. I know there were a lot more people there than usual but that’s no excuse. That’s her job and the breakfast time frame is not that long.

Location and recently remodeled

When I went to my room and opened the door it had not been cleaned. I went back to the desk, and they gave me a new room. They cluttered up the halls with multiple carts in one area at a time making it hard to pass. I am not sure why they would not start at opposite ends of the building or a different floor. I also had to visit the desk every day to have them reset my room key because after their shift cleaning my card would never work again for my room.

Everything was great! The only thing was each year when we get there a little before 3:00 we have never had to pay an extra $20. We were there only about 30 minutes before check in time but went ahead and paid the $20 because the person a the front desk said it couldn't be over rode. We appreciate everything there other than that.

Nice, quiet, clean, friendly staff, location

Only complaint was bathroom smelled like urine & shower had hair so I bought cleaning products/gloves & cleaned the bathroom, mopped floor and cleaned shower myself before we used anything. #WayBetter #NoSmellAfter

I wish all hotels were as nice as this one. Booked one night sue to working in the area. Could not be more happy. Spotless grounds, staff were kind and welcoming and the breakfast was great. Better than your typical continental.

The location was clean, well lit at night, the complementary breakfast was a nice variety and hot, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend for sure.

Breakfast was great and the receptionist Kayla was AMAZING! She was very helpful and understanding.

The disability room we stayed in, the shower flooded the bathroom since the curtain didn't reach the floor.

I have stayed at this location many times sense it re-opened and everything is great, the only issue I had was the price this time only. I always book through booking.com and the rate is usually $116.49 before tax for a King room w 2 people This time it was $169 before tax for the same room w 2 people? This is Brewton Alabama, not a big city with big functions going on that can jack up prices williy nilly. I though it was a little high this time. That was my only complaint.

The entire place was clean, up to date, beautiful. The staff was kind and helpful. The bed/pillows were clean and comfortable.

The pool closes at 8pm. Too early for people who are traveling and want to relax after driving all day. Went down for breakfast at 8:55, we slept in, but breakfast was supposed to be available until 9:00am. At 8:55am they told us breakfast was closed, we should have come sooner. What the heck!

It is much better than the hotel that was there back in the day. I hope they can preserve this hotel with upkeep and cleanliness. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel clean as clean could be. Keep up the good work.,
