The apartment is beautiful! The laundry nook is kind of small, as are the washer and dryer, but they took care of our needs. If you don't like HOT water, never cut the temp on anything past half. It was a blessing to me washing out my special needs 3-year old's syringes and extensions. The bed frames will kill your feet if you are looking for an elevated bed like we have at home, but the beds themselves are super comfortable. There was a broom available to sweep up the sand we tracked in, but a dustpan would have been nice. And nice to have a pool that my 3 year old could walk about 1/3 of. Not great if you want to swim, but super good for little kids. And don't believe the bulletin saying you have to walk 2 blocks to the left to go to the beach. Talk to the convenience store right next door, and they will tell you what path to use.

I know it is the beach and there are BUGS, but our last night I did get attacked by one on the shower curtain. Again, I do know that they are everywhere at the beach at night. Palmetto bugs are my only phobia, so that's just me.

The room was good and spacious. Good amenities. Very nice balcony. Excellent water pressure for showers.

Had to pay a cleaning fee and expected to strip the beds, put dishes in the dishwasher, and empty all the trash. What was the $150 cleaning fee for? Need to post that parking is tight and no room for trailers as a person with a trailer took up 5 parking spaces. Individual got a ticket, but took one of the parking spaces of a family member who paid for a room.

They gave us the code for the condo to get in before we left, which was great because we didn't arrive until 2 in the morning. They gave us complimentary washing powder for the laundry and dishwasher. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great and parking was convenient. The resort is placed next to a grocery store and restaurant so you can just walk there early in the morning or late at night and walk back to the condo. It was like we were at home but with the beach in our backyard. I would definitely stay here again because it was worth the price!

The floor was bowed in the hallway when we got in and we didn't know. The location wasn't bad for it to be across the street from the beach, but we did have to drive and park in order for us to access the beach safely. The tv in one bedroom came from the 90s and it didn't work. It powered on but there was no cable.

It was bigger than expected. I was only expecting one bedroom, but there were two. It was a super cute little condo, perfect for hangout fest!

It was a little dated with the bedding and furniture, but it didn’t bother us much.

The pool had floats, beach balls, and noodles for the guests to use. Staff was very nice. There was washer and dryer in the room. The closets were huge! We had a room with a huge back patio which was really nice.

The site stated that their was a king size bed, queen size bed, two twins, and a pull out couch bed. I’m just glad my oldest kid didn’t come like he was supposed to because there wouldn’t have been enough room for everyone. Some of the railing was loose and not nailed in all the way. The office closes at 3 so if you need anything you have to make sure you get it early. The WiFi wasn’t working at the room so we only had basic cable for the little but of time we spent in the room. The room didn’t cool below 72.

The location is very convenient to the beach and within short drive distance of everything else. The amenities are decent, if a little dated in some cases. Everything seemed clean and maintained.

The check-in process indicates you need to turn in some paperwork, but the staff never seemed to be at the office to do so. Also, they don't mention that there is no elevator (as far as I am aware) so the 3rd floor can be a lot of stairs to get all your stuff unpacked.
