The room was immaculate and comfortable. While it was just a basic room, no closet or comfortable chair, the bed was comfortable, there was a large television, and there was a moderate sized refrigerator/freezer. It was everything I needed for a one-night stay. The price was extremely reasonable, and it was right off the highway. There was also a pool, which I didn't use.

It would have been nice to have a hook to hang up clothes that I planned to wear the next day.

I highly recommend staying at the Gila Bend Lodge. Being my first time in AZ, I’m glad to have found this location while working nearby, it’s much better/affordable than the big chain hotels. The property is well kept and secure. The rooms were also nice, and the staff were very friendly & helpful.

Gila Bend is a bit further from other places, but it has a lot to offer that makes it worth the drive.

Don't let this place off the beaten path fools you, the room was up keep to modern with new style vinyls, the bathroom was clean, modernized to new design tiles, wall and floor. Don't ask me how I know, just updated both of my bathrooms. Staffs were friendly, cookies and pastries were provided.

What I didn't like? When freeways were built to help with traffic, it's by passing small towns like Gila Bend and others and the towns are dying, it is good to go off the main highway and stay in places like this

Did not eat breakfast there in order to get on the road early. The staff was incredibly helpful. When people were talking up a storm right outside my room, the staff called me and offered to move me to a quieter room, which I accepted. Truly exceptional service and comfort at a bargain price. I really wish there were more hotels around like this one.

The location, I would’ve preferred a downstairs room, but they weren’t able to accommodate that.

The people below me, I believe we’re living there, and I had to deal with them, sitting hanging out on the stairs, smoking weed, which doesn’t bother me at all as they were polite and friendly.

Breakfast was OK. There was instant oatmeal for the only hot and coffee. It would have been nice to have a bagel or toast. Not too much for someone with diabetes as my husband has.

A toaster for bagels or bread with butter and cream cheese. Sweet rolls and muffins not great for someone older.

Sparkling clean, comfortable and quick check in. Easy location off freeway, perfect for a road trip. Love this quirky little town of Gila Bend as well. I travel for work quite a bit and this hotel had a perfectly clean bathtub, and most Hiltons and Marriotts I stay in have slimy bathtubs.

Didn't know you served breakfast. The room could have used a waste paper basket in bathroom and a box of kleenex . Otherwise it was fine. AC worked great!

Room was cheerfully decorated, felt new. It was clean and comfortable and met our needs for a handicap room, very pleased. Location convenient for travel stopover and adequate shopping and food on the same street. Continental breakfast is limited but nice to have something.

Some outdoor seating would be nice

This is my third time staying here and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Property is well maintained and for the most part quiet.
