I was on a business trip to Glendale. The room was clean. There was plenty of towels available. There is a microwave and a mini fridge. I had to work remotely while I was there. WiFi is available. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. I was 18-25 minutes away from everything I had to do there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall my stay here was comfortable. I would return to this hotel.

I was there through the weekend so there was people partying and being loud late at night. My keycard had to be reprogrammed everyday. No breakfast was available.

Comfortable beds and pillows, clean sheets and towels, breakfast was good, the coffee machine was a nice bonus with latte and cappuccino options, the pool was nice but a little warm, the staff was pleasant. Convenient location to highway 101, surprisingly quiet since it was near a major intersection.

The shower leaked on the floor so extra towels were needed to sop up the leaks. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel.

Very accommodating with our last minute booking and 3 dogs. The doggie gift bags and our welcome bags were such a nice and welcoming treat. Breakfast was also top tier.

If there was an elevator to the second floor it wasn’t made easily accessible. Assuming there wasn’t it was difficult for my pregnant self to get my bags up the stairs. Luckily I workout but better arrangements wouldn’t have been nice. However, I’m not upset due to our last minute booking and the extremely friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and check in was very quick and easy. Room was large, clean and very nice. Beds (2 queen) had plenty of pillows and were very comfortable. It was also surprisingly very quiet, even though we were in a busy area of the city. Well stocked with complimentary coffee/tea, soaps, shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc. and plenty of towels available. Included in the room were a large flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, blow dryer and iron. Coffee and juice is available in a separate area next to the lobby. Stayed overnight for an event with our church's Women's Ministry and the hotel was only 6 minutes away from the venue. Hotel is also conveniently located near many fantastic restaurants and shopping - even a farmer's market on Saturday. (Yea!) Bonus perks: 1. Pool is open 24 hours (Limited hours at most other hotels) 2. Pool water was warm @11:30pm 3. Check in @3:30pm and Check out @11:30am (earlier and later than most other hotels)

Would have been nice to have some breakfast items in addition to the coffee and juice available. Maybe some fruit, hot/cold cereal, bagels, pastries and/or donuts.

The bed was very comfortable. Walls seperating the rooms were pretty soundproof. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great! Pool was wonderful :--)

My room was directly under the outside stairs, leading to the second floor. On occasion it was some noise at night, but that is OK. Overall, it was a great experience!

found it odd that people were in their cars outside of the room at all hours of the night made for an uneasy experience—- they weren’t loud they were just sitting in their cars

I've stayed here before. It's very nice for the price. It remodeled is nice. And now has breakfast. That's very good.

We stayed in room 105. My only complaint is there was a gap at the bottom of the front door. I did not care for that because you could hear every little noise.

Beds were comfortable, the room was very spacious, and staff were great. They do not allow pets, which is helpful due to allergies. Was very important for our health.

The location is not that terrific, as there is nothing from there to walk to, but they have done a lot with the old motel to make it more comfortable and keep it very clean.

Besides the price in the cleanliness I'd have to say was the breakfast. It's amazing! And the staff they're all courteous and kind and they treat like as if you're not just some customer but like as if they want you to come back! Some other hotels in AZ could definitely take some advice from these guys.

Can't name a thing

The breakfast was not very good. I have never seen bacon so thin. The egg/omelet was dry and tasteless. The coffee creamer next to the coffee machine was bad and turned chunky in the coffee. The orange juice dispenser did not have orange juice in it.
