Front desk were so kind I checked in one night then I check out at 8 am but where we were going we weee told to come back at 7 pm so we had to stay another night because I went with my 4 grandkids we couldn’t be in a park or stores all day so I called the hotel and I explain we needed to get the room. Again and they were so so kind that they allow me to stay in the same room they booked me in again at 10 am and I didn’t had to be in the streets in a place that I don’t know .. thank you very much they place was so clean staff were kind and breakfast was amazing I will definitely come back again thank you 😊

Location is excellent, close to anything you want or need. Breakfast was standard but fresh and hot. Staff always friendly and helpful. AC was cold!! Beds comfortable. Large room for the price, couldn't believe it. Pool was small but clean.

Poor water pressure in the shower. Having to walk around to the front of the building from the pool, since the card reader didn't work. Would have liked a table in the room, but cant have everything (there was a desk)! But compared to everything we got, I'll take it all again!!

cold runny eggs and turkey sausage was not what I like to much. But everything else was ok. Waffle was good and oatmeal was good. Beds were awesome. Comfy and fluffy

The lights in the room where every light and later on they came on brighter. Shower head was very low for me. I am a tall person so difficult.

Everything was great except for noise in the middle of the night.

We were on the west side of the building, which was ok, except Friday night, someone's dumping either a lot of trash or furniture into your dumpster. It was in the middle of the night and it was very loud. I know it was not the trash truck because it shows up right before dawn. If it wasn't for the loud noises from the dumpster, I would give your hotel a 100.

Princing too high! Changed each night from $184 base room rate on Tuesday night to $274 base on Friday night. I didn't realize the daily rate change when booked it.

Was given an accessible room without asking for it. When I checked in and saw the room and asked to be transferred to a regular room was told all sold out so no transfer.

The breakfast was substandard. The scrambled eggs tasted as looked like powdered eggs. Sausage patties were simply microwaved. Everything else about the hotel was good. Residence Inn had a far superior breakfast.

The staffs were really nice. The pool and hot tub was good. I liked how close the hotel was to everything.

Breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Some food ran out 30 mins before breakfast was over and it took long time replenish the items. Also not sure the hotel it self wasn’t worth the money we spend for the stay.

We had a great room with high ceilings and plenty of space. The AC was great too.

It was under construction for a remodel but it didn’t seem to interfere with our stay at all.

Loved the location, the fact that there was no parking fee, and that breakfast was included. Those were 3 big things that made our stay more enjoyable. The room was also clean and very nice.

The elevator wasn’t working. We were in town for my dad’s surgery.

The facility is clean,the staff are so nice they speak and talk to you. The breakfast is good. I felt safe at the hotel.. the hotel is quiet.the hotel is close to many stores. Plus, the big indoor mall is right next to it
