At my arrival the service lobby desk lady was being yelled at by other customers, felt sorry for her. Once security got the unwelcoming guests out,front clerk lady was still very nice and helpful,she didn't talk about the prior situation. My check in was simple, room was clean and quiet. TV and all appliances worked. Check out this am was easy,just left my keys in the room along with house keepers tip.

I loved the room,I paid the same price at motel 6 when I stayed last time and it didn’t have as much as the room at studio 6.Next time I travel I will definitely get another room there.Everyone I saw that was staying there was very friendly as well.Love that they allow pets,can’t stay somewhere that my pets can’t stay too.

Before I arrived they tried to charge my card when I specifically stated I will pay when I arrive.I also didn’t like that I saw cops in the parking lot when I arrived,but it didn’t stop me from staying there.

Easy access to and from freeways. While dated, the room was very clean and blissfully bug free.

My second day there, I had to go to the office for them to rekey my card. That was really annoying, as they knew how long I would be staying there 🙄. You have to request cookware, it does not come in the room as they state. Towels and bedding were not in pristine condition. I bring my own towels and bedding, so I didn't have a problem with it.

Its exactly what your looking for. No bugs, cost effective & everything worked. Very nice lady at the desk, super helpful. One of only 2 lower budget places I'd give my approval for.

Be cool to have a bigger cable package or on demand ability. But the variety offered is fine.

Accommodations were better than expected.

Non-smoking room, but outdoor smoking area was right in front of the room and the A/c unit carried in cigarette smoke. Plus, the smoking area is also the picnic area, so there were late night parties happening in front of the room. Noise was the biggest problem when there were gatherings outside.

Ii ran into others staying there and they liked the place to. The staff was kind and very knowledgeable I also liked were yall hooked me up with plates forks and knives.

Needed more outside tables and baroque pits.i bźought up on much needed rest .

Staff left me alone not nosey or knocking on the door for no reason

That the maids closet and storage was the room right next to mines. The doors were less then two feet away from each other.

I always enjoy staying at the studio 6. The rooms and bed are super comfortable and kind of feels like staying in your own studio apartment. I also appreciated the fact that the front desk guy let me check in super early since I was extremely tired and fell right asleep as soon as I walked into the room.

That there's no pool

The room was very clean! The staff is professional. The room was good size and very clean! My dog loved it here.

The washer and dryer could use an update the dryer stopped working half way through but it's Az so I let it air dry.

They are usually good to me. I like the early check in's. It has helped when I really needed it but I don't think i should pay for it. If the room is ready then why not just let me in it ya know.

I always have to clean my room. Never fails. It is very dirty every time i come. I really wish they'd do better and they are extemely(housekeeping) so loud.Not all housekeeping just the few I've dealt with. Sounds like they are coming through the walls. I think for the amount of times I've stayed here in the last 5 months I definitely deserve like a week or two comped. I dump serious money to stay here and I never complain. I leave my room cleaner then when I got it. Their is never all the light bulbs in the fixtures. The prices. They are way too high and especially for this establishment. However I am super greatful for them as in my time of need and worst point in my life they've been their for me.
