Room on first floor, very close to outside door. I am partially handicapped. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean

Ice machine not working. I have to travel with insulin, which needs refrigerated. The room had a refrigerator but I had no ice to refrigerate the insulin for my trip home. I had to make an extra stop at a convenience store for my ice. The breakfast was frequently very low on stock, mini muffins were almost always out and yogurt was very low on stock as well. Also only had one waffle maker which had a waiting line almost every morning. Daily housekeeping knocked on our door even though we were scheduled for three nights. We slept late and were woke up two days in a row

Convenient location for me, as I have a lady friend in long term care within 10 miles of your location. Also Denny's and Waffle House an easy walk. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

I realize equipment breaks down once in a while, it can't be helpful. During my stay, both the ice machine, and half of the coffee maker in the longue were "out of order". They are two of the conveniences I've come to enjoy during my stays. I'm hoping during my next trip into town it's not a repeat of the same circumstances. Other than that, I enjoy the property.

I had planned a number of sight-seeing tours and outings, and the location (beside highway 17) made it easy to navigate. Also, the housekeeping staff was excellent. Every day of my stay, it was lovely to return to a clean and tidy room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. As well, the staff at the reception desk was friendly and efficient.

The beds were very confortable, the room was clean, the location close to the freeway was perfect for my travel. The swimming pool was also nice and the night staff was very friendly even I arrived very late.

the breakfast. I had wished there would be at least some French toast or other typical American breakfast. They offered only toast with jam, muesli and some sweet cookie-like things. I came half an hour before closing to the breakfast room and it was almost all empty. Asked for milk and was then provided, but sharply on closing time removed. I found also disturbing that they clean up while I am still eating. Also the TV was running during breakfast which to me is an absolute NO.

I thought the hotel was great, the staff was very accommodating and very polite, I will be staying there when I return to Phoenix.

Not much, nothing that I can think of. Great staff!!!! I didn't have time to take photos because my trip was shorter than I thought, due to a family emergency.

Location was really convenient for our needs. There's shopping a reasonable distance from this place. Nearby places to eat and easy access to the highway. Facility was clean and quieter than I expected in this area. Staff was excellent and very helpful

The bed was a little firm for my personal comfort but it was otherwise really good. The building could use updating but again maintained and serviceable.

It was good Would be nice to see more availability such as eggs scrambled and potatoes and bacon other than that it was good for the value no complaints.
