Everything was absolutely perfect. This was the last room to be had in Phoenix or anywhere close to Phoenix due to NASCAR. My daughter was in the hospital so I was desperate for a room and took it. I paid over $300 for 1 night for just a room. It was clean, safe and staff was SUPER, BUT... it was just a room. The Hotel it's self was clean, It has a pool and the lobby is set up with modern furniture for your relaxation. They serve breakfast ( I didn't eat so I do know how good it is ) and I was told they have a little bar that opens in the lobby at 5pm, once again I didn't have a drink so I don't know how it is. It was all clean and modern but as I said I didn't see or experience anything that would make this a $325 dollar room .... and I was told I got a deal !.

The price

Hotel was easy to find, a short distance from I-17, but no traffic noise. Plenty of restaurants and fast-food to choose from. Just 20 miles from entertainment venues. Breakfast selection was hot and cold depending on what you wanted. Coffee machine available 24/7 which dispensed fancy coffees and hot chocolate. Bathroom was elegant with back lit mirror and large shower. Bed was comfortable.

Clean, spacious room. Good walk in shower. Breakfast was fine.

I couldn’t get any local tv stations. When I called the front desk, the man told me they were changing tv servers and apologized. Said it would be a couple of days before it would be back up and running. Not happy!

Great location in proximity to lots of shop & restaurants. The room was very comfortable & the bathroom was great. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

The pool was unusable as it was in the sun all day long with absolutely no shade. The ice machine was located in an unventilated & non air conditioned room. The stairwells were also non air conditioned & nearly unusable in the heat.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful! Several visits to the front desk always generated smiles!

The breakfast staff were not so friendly or helpful. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30am. We came in for breakfast just after 9:15am. They had cleaned up most of the breakfast items and were unwilling to provide food or service until 9:30am.

The hotel was clean and well located.

The breakfast the day before had a crockpot of mixed veggie stew but the second day there was not crockpot of veggies so there wasn’t much healthy for breakfast.

Helpful personnel at the reservation desk as we needed a room with ADA compliance. Very organized personnel responsible for the morning complementary breakfast. Very helpful. New and well kept facility.

The hotel was very clean and brand new. It was comfy and quiet.

I feel like the man that checked me in could have done more of his job, which would have saved alot of effort for me. I booked through a 3rd party. Paid for the reservation online. When I arrived at the property I said this to him, but he was sure I didn't have a reservation.. I paid again just because he assured me there wasn't a reservation for me. As it turns out, I now have to dispute the double charge, spent 30 mins on phone with my bank. When I feel like Joe should have looked a little harder to find my reservation. Joe was very friendly and accommodating, just wished I wasn't having to go through the extra wasted time to get payment back.

Breakfast was very good, especially the eggs, Suasage, and potato's. Very clean area also.

Did not like the pastries, taste or selection.

Clean and the location was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping!

Wish you had a better breakfast not much to choose from!
