Beautiful Hotel…! Well worth the money! NOW… You get a full hot breakfast PLUS a delicious dinner that is pre-fix, our three nights we had three different absolutely delicious dinners! Plus, if you want , 3 drinks that includes beer, 🍺 wine 🍷 or a mixed drink with spirits 🍸. There is a indoor/outdoor pool which is one in the same and a hot tub as well. I have never stayed at a hotel where my husband and I felt so welcomed and actually wanted to live there! 😂 All the staff were Amazing! Definitely book this property in Phoenix Arizona, you will not be disappointed, I promise!

Absolutely NOTHING….!

The front desk clerks made me feel at ease by being so thorough in checking me in. The dinner buffet was such a wonderful treat along with the complimentary drinks at the bar. The pool and spa area were very clean. Quite honestly it felt like I was part of community. It felt like I went on to my family’s reunion every guest there seemed happy and comfortable. This was a great experience and we might just stay in different cities just to visit this hotel chain!

I could complain about the tiniest thing, but honestly this hotel and its staff doesn’t deserve the slightest negative mark on the service they provided.

A fantastic hotel. The suite we had was excellent, the largest hotel room we have ever stayed in. Perfect for a multi-night stay. We stayed 3 nights and it was so comfortable having a separate "living" room with it's own TV, sofa, etc. Very clean and quiet. Very friendly staff (ie. Alexa, our check-in host). We really enjoyed our stay.

At first we thought it was a little pricey, but a convenient location for us. However, we didn't realize the hotel has a dinner buffett ( which was very good), along with 3 free drinks at dinner. Along with a really nice breakfast buffet! The rooms were nice and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised. Staff was awesome. Assistant Manager was bartending at the buffet that night and she was such a great person. Hard to think of something negative.

maybe that the ice machine wasn't on our floor? lol.

they give you free dinner snacks and drinks :) actually it is one meal and 3 free drinks (like beer, cocktails etc), but if you want to save time it is very good, each evening to have this "dinner" from 5 to 7pm and not to spend much time in city for that.

breakfast is always the same... maybe would be possible to have 2-3 different options per week. Salats / vegetables in breakfast missing at all.

Outstanding from the moment you walk in the door. Desk attendant fully explained the amenities of the property and was upbeat and enthusiastic. Even remembered my name seven hours after check in. Dinner and breakfast buffets were great. Free soda and movie butter popcorn. This is a quality hotel and an excellent place to stay. Also near many restaurants and Walmart. Parking also very convenient.

First of all, the staff there was incredible. Very hospitable and friendly. Second, it was nice that they provided a free breakfast and Dinner. Though the dinner was not exactly at a Michelin level, it saved us money from going out. They also provided free drinks at dinner. Up to three per person. The bed was also comfortable and the shower had lots of hot water.

We were welcomed by staff; the kick-back at night was good with a decent variety of food. The free beverages were a nice touch. Everything was clean, the room was spacious. Showers were nice and HOT. Breakfast in the morning also had a good selection to choose from.

Jacuzzi could have been a little warmer. Unfortunately during our stay the elevator broke. We were able to take the stairs; unfortunately we were on the 5th floor.

The customer service by all staff.......including maid service is incredible. Enough to make us return alone. But it helps that the rooms are clean. Free dinner and breakfast and drinks. All the way around super excellent. The only hotel we will stay at, as long as there us a location near our destination. Thanks again for an amazing stay!!!!

We have no complaints at all during our stay.

Loved cleanliness. Enjoyed the free breakfasts. The room was roomy and comfortable. The iron was leaking and wasn't working, and I was able to tell one of the hospitality women who was cleaning the room next door, and she brought a new to us. She was very kind. Would have love to enjoy the complimentary drinks and dinners, but with our focus on family time, we weren't able to.

That you aren't in more locations. We went to So. CA on Sat for another family graduation. You aren't here or in Nevada.
