Wow! This hotel far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived late, the gal at the desk was warm and welcoming, natural and humorous as well as informative. Breakfast had many options and was great. Our room was your basic room and very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Bravo for your choice of employees

This hotel is great. Better than any other hotel in the area. I was very impressed. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area, best western, Marriott, etc. and I regret not staying at this hotel earlier. The lobby and rooms are very clean and modern, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is great. I will always recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room was immaculate!!! I requested that everything big cleaned top to bottom and housekeeping delivered! The gentleman that checked us in was fabulous too. I went shopping several times and dropped a new brush in the lobby and didn't realize it. The gentleman at the front desk saw it and called me thinking it was mine because he had seen me going in and out with shopping bags. I was so grateful he cared enough to call and see if that was my brush! This is the cleanest, friendliest Holiday Inn Express we'd ever stayed in and we've stayed in a lot across the nation!

The 117 degree heat!

We loved this place. It's a nice quiet neighborhood. The bed was super comfortable, and there's a huge breakfast with lots of options. Also they put your name on the TV screen which is silly but I love it. Staff were friendly too.

Very clean room, super comfortable pillows and mattress.

We booked a king room but were told there were only queen rooms available when we arrived. What's the point of a reservation? The staff actually had the nerve to say "don't worry we won't charge you for two beds" when they were giving us something we didn't even want.

The property was amazing! Everything was new, and I loved the experience and the staff were top notch! Need I say more? Will plan on coming here every time I come to phoenix. Nothing but spectacular!!

The hotel and room were very clean! Breakfast was good and every employee we ran across, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very friendly and accommodating! I've traveled quite a bit in my life, and this was easily one of THEE best hotel stays I've had! I stayed for a week so there was plenty of time to be displeased, but that was never the case. Extremely happy!

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything, there were a couple very minor issues. The guide on the TV always indicated a different show no matter what channel you tried to watch, probably a provider issue and not a hotel issue, and I'm not a fan of turkey sausage when they didn't have pork sausage, but that's it. Definitely not big problems and I didn't mind these things, not a big deal.

Convenient location. Very good breakfast buffet. Nice and helpful staff. AC system worked well and user friendly design.

Cox TV guide listing is poor and missing some desired stations. Main stations (ABC CBS FOX NBC) among others were missing guide listing info.

Knowing I would have a great hot breakfast to started my day was exceptional. The small variations each day was good. The cleanliness of the room and the entire facility was truly exceptional. The staff was very helpful. I enjoyed the gym, pool and the outdoor sitting areas every day. The pool towels are awesome. It was a Stayingcozy, comfortable place to relax and stay.

Super clean. Friendly staff. Loved being in walking distance of a great deal of shopping and restaurants. They were helpful changing my booking to an early arrival. loved the blackout curtains.

Personally, I like a hotel with a restaurant for convenience. I asked for new towels and they asked me to put out old towels for exchange. Which I did. They took my old towels but not leave new towels. But I did inform the front desk and they put some in my room when I was out.
