Barbara checked us in, in the evening. She was really nice and kind. The rooms were really clean.

When we were getting our breakfast, the lady setting up was rude and basically moved us out of the way, basically serving us because she didn't want us to dirty anything. Cleaning everything we touched. My husband told her she was rude, and her response was, " it seems like men don't like strong opinionated women now n day." My son was getting cereal, and she took the bowl away from him and poured the milk. She didn't let him pour the milk because he might make a mess. My son is old enough to pour milk in his bowl without spilling it all over.

Booking.com reservation process was horrible. They failed, but hotel staff made everything right. Gave us an upgrade because booking.com didn't have a clue what they were doing, and no reservation was actually made. My family spent 45 minutes in the car during the checkin, while I tried to sort things out. Eventually, all was good.

booking.com agent blamed the hotel for the failure of the reservation to go through.. 2 hours after booking. I hope I get my money back from booking/.com

Room was great and big. Breakfast was great!! Quiet and friendly location.

I did not like the breakfast lady becky. I seen her smack a childs hand in front of the parents she yelled at mine and refused to help her grab a spoon she made the breakfast manager helping do so and yelled at many others as well.

I liked that I could control the AC myself and even switch it off completely. The bed was very comfy! The staff (reception, housekeeping, breakfast) was exceptionally friendly :D

The shower didn't get warm in the morning. The fridge made too much noise for my taste but thankfully I could unplug it. Had to wear earplugs to mute the traffic from the highway.

The property was clean and welcoming.

The bench right out front for smokers… we had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter the hotel. I know it’s hot so it’s a bummer you can’t move it more towards the left side of the building away from the entrance and pool. Being pregnant this was huge bummer.

Breakfast was sufficient and had several options. The price was good. Distance from the Phoenix airport was ideal. A late check-in was helpful as we didn't get to the hotel until after midnight.

Everything was clean, but the hotel felt a little dated. Some construction was going on during our stay, but this did not bother us too much.

Clean, great staff, great continental breakfast. Honestly great place with great prices. Would absolutely stay again.

The convenient store items were a bit over priced but that is pretty standard. Honestly I don’t have really any notes.

Excellent staff. Breakfast was good but not great. Loved the location. Stayed 6 nights and each was excellent. Not noisy and very comfortable rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Wish breakfast would have been a little better but was OK. My only complaint.

The staff was amazing. Barbara was very sweet and had excellent customer service. The location was amazing. The bed and sheets were so comfortable to sleep in! I could not wake up of how comfy I was! The bathroom was very nice & clean! I would definitely come her again & recommended this hotel.

Lobby was nice. Breakfast was great. Front desk folks friendly. Cleaning lady was rude. Pool was not heated. Glass bottles littered pool area for 2 days. Towels from quest never picked up. Very pricey
