It was a very welcoming group of employees,as I go there when I visit my grandkids. Thank you.

They had my name down wrong on my booking, I don't feel this was the fault of the facility but of the booking company I went through. The hotel was able to find my reservation. Koodoos again to the hotel.

Clean facilities. Very nice workers; friendly and helpful. We had a 1 room suite which was very nice; open and big concept. Breakfast was okay. They had eggs and waffles (already pre-made), a few cereals in boxes, oatmeal, yogurt, juice and coffee. Your basics.

There was not much we didn’t like; but there was only 1 garbage can in the whole room which was annoying. I don’t know if that is the way it was supposed to be or our other one is missing. Also the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. It was weird shaped and had no pillows. Weird

The room was clean and everything we needed was provided. The inn itself was very clean. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed something there was always a person at the desk to help us. The breakfast was great! Food hot and plentiful. The dining room was always clean and inviting. The parking was good, well lit parking lot. The rooms easy to get to. Hot coffee available and also coffee packets for the in-room coffee available at the front desk. The location is great. Close to the 101 and I17, shopping, restaurants, downtown Phoenix just 30 minutes. We stayed a week and enjoyed our time there.

I can't say there was anything we didn't like. All our needs were met and all personnel friendly and accommodating.

People, Staff and overall stay was exceptional!!. Breakfast Manager perfect! We would come again if we didn't get lost often with so many Marriott's in one 3 mile radius HaHa1 Your Staff had help for all our needs, understanding AND HUMOR

Nothing, we were impressed!!

It was clean, the room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and there was a free breakfast in the morning. The area was nice and quiet, and it was close to family we were visiting as well as shopping centers and restaurants.

There was no housekeeping service. we had to ask for towels twice.

Wonderful King Suite.

We had a great stay and everything was accommodating. We only stayed 1 night and had a 12 pm checkout but housekeeping knocked and once entered a total of 3 times before 12 pm. It would be great to have more coordination with the front regarding available rooms to clean or provide the additional door tag for privacy.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and perfect for our big family. Breakfast was great.

The kitchenette was missing a spatula, staff was quick to bring a brand new one. I thought the toaster didn't work so they also brought a brand new one but realized it was the outlet that didn't work. Laundry was only $3.00 for both wash and dry, great price. Full hot breakfast, sausage a couple days then bacon. Loved they had mini salt n pepper shakers in the room, not packets.

It was raining and it felt humid in the room. Some of the popcorn ceiling had come off by the a/c unit.
