To start, I found this resort on Booking because of a deal that was active. My sister wanted to spend part of our trip at a spa resort and this one seemed to have great ratings. Sidenote: We never actually made it to the spa. We arrived to the area, with no idea what Scottsdale is. Apparently, it’s where the rich of Arizona stay! We pull up to valet (which you don’t have to have) and we’re pampered from that moment on. We were checking a bit early and they accommodated us by upgrading our room, for free (our original room wasn’t ready yet). The property is about 6 acres. We were taking through the property on a golf cart, which was a blessing with the 100 degree temperature. This doesn’t include the free gifts were we given, because of the occasion. Without making this too long, the staff, food, pool (which was never “busy”) and ambience is out of this world. After a bit of research, this seems to be one of the best Omni hotel/resorts in the states. Food/restaurants on campus are decently priced (about $16 for fish tacos & $7 for a tall iced latte). But if you want to focus your money elsewhere, all the food chains and local stores are nearby.

I stayed for my birthday and had a spa treatment. I was able to get into my room a little early and they took care of my bags and valet while I ran over to make my spa appointment. They were very accommodating and understanding. They left a small cake for me to enjoy which was thoughtful, put me in the building next to all of the amenities with a pool view. I loved it!

I went there to enjoy the quiet but there was a large group in the spa and they were a bit loud and took up a lot of space. I didn’t get to enjoy the spa amenities at all. I also had 2 add ons to my treatment and they were missed (that was the 2nd time that happened) will confirm all services next time before I check in.

Not crowded, excellent ambience, spacious, luxurious. Staff provided amazing & friendly service.

Some weekend events only catered to adults only, some more family focused events with the number of families present would have been nice. Also, recommend that private cabana rentals at the Kasbah pool be reserved for family friendly patrons considering that pool is specifically for everyone; patrons that are intoxicated, dressed in poor taste for children and performing lap dances should be relegated to the Oasis pool as that pool is specifically for 18+.

Lovely resort and great room. A gorgeous setting facing Mummy Mtn. The service and hospitality was impeccable, including the housekeeping mgr’s willingness to makeup our room using no bleach products. Our sheets, pillowcases and linens (towels, etc) were clean of any bleach smell. From the valet attendants (who stand under an umbrella in the summer heat, 100+ degrees) who are friendly and efficient to all other employees we interacted with during our stay, everyone offered a pleasant greeting. Not sure we can afford the high season nightly rates, however, we’d love to make this Omni our “home-away-from home” every visit to Scottsdale.

Location is close to Scottsdale and other attractions such as botanical gardens and many hikes. Rooms are spacious and clean. Garden is very well maintained. Food options are good.

Pools are unattended. People are eating and drinking in the adult pool. The main pool is invaded by children playing ball. Reception staff not responsive for requests. No free coffee in spite of they are charging hefty resort fee. The garage is huge but still charging a parking fee. Too many business events using some parts of the property.

Location, restaurants, room view and size, great staff, spa.

Only that one pool was closed and it got a little overcrowded. Also a group was playing their music loudly on a personal speakers. I made staff and many aware but nothing was done. Drinks served poolside while in the pool Is great but the empty cups were left poolside for too long.

Boutique resort style-spa like hotel. Very relaxing and enjoyable. You don’t have to fight the crowds in this gorgeous property. The hotel employees are very helpful and friendly and all seem to love working for Omni which shows in the way they treat their guests. Very close to Camelback so great for hiking and Paradise Valley location is perfect. But it’s not for people who need constant activity from the hotel like golf, tennis, biking, and 10 restaurants. If you love comfort, relaxation, fantastic service, this is your place.

amazing property with multiple amenities, including an incredible spa and spa pool. Also an 18 and older pool.

Felt like one was constantly challenged to give up their daily housekeeping service for a donated meal of the resorts choice for them to receive credit in some unknown destinations. Felt a lot like a fast food restaurant asking for a donation after ordering a meal.

The staff went above and beyond. See our house burnt down we lived at the hotel for about two weeks with our Dog Willa, your staff was incredible, they were very accommodating for all our needs under such horrible circumstance. We are so grateful to Each and everyone the dinning staff , bar tenders were so kind and very concerned for us. We will always come to visit and dine to say hello to all our new friends. Front desk were amazing as well, always trying to look out for us and our needs. We will always remember the care and friendships we have gained at your hotel. Thank you

Beautiful grounds with magical lighting at night. I love the Spanish style!

We have stayed here several times but this time noticed a little deferred maintenance, especially in the pool area. Pool deck was crumbling and dirty. Items were left out for multiple days and not cleared by staff. A rusty hairpin was noticed on the adult pool deck that remained there during our stay.
