It was a fantastic garden and pool area. All the green plants were fantastic.

I had to mention the weed smell in the room two times before it got better. For a two nights stay that is too much. It was not possible to shut off the fire place completely. There was always a small flame (probably pilot flame) and it radiated heat. With over 100 degree that is a total waste of resources. Gas and energy for the ac to get that stupid heat out of the room again. The car park is not shaded. The car was heating up in the brutal Arizona. Put up a roof there with some solar on it. You would set off a ton of money for energy and all the cars would be cool and clean.

Thank you for the service and follow-up ... The check in process was very smooth and personal with an escort up to our room...much appreciated. I was able to change my 8pm T Cook dinner reservation to 7pm due to the willingness of the young lady at the T Cooks check-in which made my wife's and I evening much better. The tenderloin steak was perfect, absolutely Buenos Aires perfect...best steak I have had in the United States ... perfectly grilled to medium rare on every bite. Dinner service was personal and excellent ... Breakfast the next day again had wonderful service and quality. Our room was quiet and lovely... Only comment, if I had known prior to arrival of the 40$ valet charge, I would have used UBER or Wyamo service to and from our Phoenix home.

We loved the hospitality from the entire staff. Rebecca, who served us our breakfast each morning, was very friendly and accomodated our requests. We also enjoyed the complimentary apple cider delivered to our room for our anniversary. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back soon. We will recommend Royal Palms to our family and friends.

The staff are all amazing! Especially Wes at check-in, he's so friendly and welcoming! The pool staff are also great! They are on top of it, always checking to see if we needed anything. The property is gorgeous and well maintained.

The pool was small for a resort of this size. Breakfast service was a little slow.

Amazing and friendly staff, very accommadting, location is amazing. Room is extra spacious, comfortable, and relaxing, we enjoyed every minute inside and did not want to leave after our checkout.

Pricing feels a tad too expensive, especially the spa.

The staff was truly wonderful. We were exhausted upon arrival and the staff was so kind in bringing our things to our room, giving us water, and making sure we were comfortable. It was nice and quiet! The bathroom and shower were also marvelous.

very nice staff, good maintained, clean good food, good drinks, nice pool area. we had the room right at the street, but we told them, and right the same evening we could change the room and we even got an upgrade. that was awesome.

Everything. The property was clean, comfortable and soothing environment throughout. Pleasant vibe. Loved all the exposed wood beams, architectural beauty and ambience, pools, manicured lawns, beautiful bar area and decadent restaurant.

I don't like Valletta packing, when the packing lot is around the corner. May be because I am from Europe. But the place is not in the center. I would expect free packing.

The resort grounds/property presented a feeling of relaxation. The food and service at property dining was top notch.

The location of the resort was not really near any other resources within walking distance.
