We liked the location and if we had to stay there again we would it was a pleasant stay . The negative parts didn’t bother us . The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of room . Hopefully we get to try the pool and breakfast next time .

I could hear the people next to us talking till 2 am and all the outside cars with music passing by . The room was hot even with the AC on. The tub was slippery . Still I would book this hotel again because those things didn’t bother me .

I liked the staff. They made one feel welcome. You felt free to ask questions. They were genuinely interested in why you needed to stay at their facility . Sometimes a reason for having to stay in a hotel is not for pleasure. We had an emergency, and they were very helpful in taking care of our needs. There was a free hot breakfast on top of all that. Much needed.hot breakfast. I would stay there again. Also I felt safe there which speaks volumes. Thank you. Carol Battaglia

Building quite old, and small inside of the room. Bathroom was very uncomfortable, but the hospitality of the staff compensates for that.

We stay here for spring training. It was a lovely room two TVs two bathrooms. My husband and I were very comfortable there. We will definitely stay there again thank you everyone for being so nice.

The General Manager was helping with the breakfast, very involved with guest services and had a friendly face. Very welcoming and friendly at check in and check out.

The night audit employee did not leave a note for a late check out the following day, which caused issues with our stay the following day as the morning staff had no knowledge of the request from the night before. It is the little things that can cause a negative impact on a guest's stay. I would suggest having night time staff being diligent about making sure the they are communicating any requests to the morning staff to avoid confusion.

Staff was exceptional. Called us ahead of time to confirm our reservation & informed us our room would be ready for early check-in. In addition, they accommodated our request to be away from the elevators.

Currently under renovation created a couple “kinks”, but easily & quickly resolved by staff. The bathroom & sink need to have something to hang your towels on.

Convenient location, great service, friendly staff. Breakfast was probably the best of any hotel I have stayed in for what it is. Overall the hotel is clean and well kept. Bed was super comfortable and plenty of pillows. Wifi was fast enough for me to conduct my business remotely. Lots of food and stores nearby.

Room smelled weird, sink smelled really bad. Staff cleaned the room and sink but the smell came back after a few hours. It wasn't over powering enough to move rooms but the room really needs a deep clean and the drain in the sink needs to be checked.

I loved that there was a lot of things to do around the hotel, also love that there was a pool outside with a hot tub

I like that the property is near a lot of stores and restaurants.The staff is friendly. the hotel is small but comfortable. Not crowded. The breakfast was good.

They were remodeling the shower paint looked it was chip. In the pool area if all the towels are dirty they should put more clean ones out for the guest.

Stay for breakfast location was fined for what our needs were.

A little specific area for dogs to go besides in the rocks around the building. And you know doggy bags would be nice since you do offer pet friendly. Although we brought our own stuff.

Michelle at the front desk was awesome! After checking in and going to our room, she called to see if we liked the room and made sure we had everything we needed. Professional, courteous and friendly! Loved our room and will stay there again. We go to Phoenix often and it's a great location to visit my Mom and Sister.
