I loved the unit I was provided, it was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony to relax on as well. I enjoyed getting a whole apartment unit to myself for the night as well- I felt so at-home and could even imagine renting here in the future based on my experience staying a night. The appliances are pretty, clean and spacious, the design in the room was also lovely. The staff was super helpful and very kind, offering me water and even complimenting my outfit on my way out :)

The unit’s water tasted like it came straight out of a garden hose, it just decreases the fresh feeling of brushing your teeth and stuff, but I also just have horrible luck, as during my single night, a sky-lift vehicle parked right in front of my unit at 8 in the morning, and beeped for 2 entire hours. I was so annoyed and angered, I was woken up, I couldn’t think and I was trying to get in a relaxed headspace for an important event that day. It completely soured the morning end of my stay.

Very nice modern apartment. Complex was very nice as well. Lots of amenities. Great if you are traveling for work and dont want to be copped up in your room. Lots of nice work spaces and lounge areas. Free coffee. Good location in central phoenix. We were always able to find street parking but we could see that the street right near the complex did fill up. When we traveled, it was cheaper than most hotels.

the computer terminal which provided the unit door code didn't work. took a while to figure out since we arrived late and no one was there. we needed to text the management agency and wait to hear back. It then took then a while to get a door code for us. It took a long time to get into our room. They have a big resort fee. Charge for on-site parking.

We wanted to stay in Phoenix but also travel to other cities (Peoria, Scottsdale) so we had a rental car. Our one-bedroom apartment was the perfect size for us, and connected to a secured parking garage which was very convenient. Our unit had extras like laundry machines, dishwasher, separate bedroom, vacuum cleaner. The key fob was helpful for access to the elevator, building and lobby, gym and swimming pool. The gym facility was a great size, with a variety of equipment and cardio machines. We would definitely stay here again. Keep in mind to read ALL of the instructions regarding self check-in and door codes, especially if you arrive at the property after 5pm. Keep that document handy when you arrive because there are several codes that you will need before you can access your room. In that sense, it felt very secure.

I had an amazing experience at the Alloy. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a peaceful retreat. The facilities, including the pool and restaurant, were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

While my stay at the Alloy was excellent overall, the Wi-Fi could have been more reliable, as it occasionally dropped. Additionally, I noticed some minor delays in service during busy times, but the staff was always friendly and accommodating. These are small issues in an otherwise fantastic experience!

I love the affordable price and comfort of the apartment as well as all the amenities.

Unfortunately, my room (1315) wasn't exactly in the best of shape which was the only reason for an 8/10. When entering the room once, the security latch completely broke off with extreme ease. Alongside this, the toilet didn't function properly and you had to hold the buttons for a moment to get it to fully flush.

Absolutely exceptional facilities! The absolute best part of this establishment was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond, waiting for me when I arrived after normal office hours and even helping carry my luggage to the room. Whenever I needed assistance, they were there in an instant to help.

This is our favorite place to frequent. We often fly into Phoenix from Vegas to run one of our business locations and this is the ONLY place we want to stay. Everything is exceptional!

Maybe a little better cleaning on the living room carpet and furniture before a new person comes to stay. But, that still is very minor compared to how great the property is.

It was clean, perfect size for 2 people. Gym is new with single bike room and cardio equipment as well as weights and machines. Yoga studio is also new and up to date. Unit was clean and so were common areas. Plenty of off street parking.

Couch is small. Not comfortable for 2 to relax. No TV in room. A lot of codes to remember/use. Pool does not supply towels.

I liked how quiet it was, how clean and modern the decor was. The space in the apartment was amazing.

I didn’t like the location of the elevators and figuring out where to go was hard to navigate. Parking was also kind of frustrating and if you don’t pay, you have to park on the street.

Everyone was so helpful and courteous! The early check in helped me a lot! The room itself is gorgeous and valuable. Additionally, the pool was great to use.
