I appreciated our room was quiet allowing us to get some rest. Noise at the swimming pool couldn’t be heard from inside. I appreciated the front desk checking in to make sure everything in our room was good. The location was perfect for us as it was walking distance to the hospital.

I didn’t like having to pay for parking. I must’ve missed any communication informing us when booking the stay, so was disappointed upon arrival to find there’s an additional fee to park. It made the overall cost feel like less of a value. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan to ventilate steam or stink out of the room, so you just have to wait it out.

I have regular appointments at Barrow Neurological Institute, and this is the most convenient location for a stay, when I need to stay over. The breakfast is always good, for the free types, and the ease of securing a reservation is good.

When I first began reserving rooms at this facility, it was free to park. Now they've instituted with payment company. Their system isn't easy to use, especially if you're not familiar with using QR codes. Even when you do use it, it's not very straightforward. Plus I'd rather pay via my laptop than on my phone. What about those with vision problems who find it difficult to use phone payment systems? Also, the staff doesn't tell you that parking fee applies, which must be proactively used by the guest. At least most of the time. They just rely on a sign on the counter. The first time I met with this system being applied, I thought the fee was simply added to the room's cost. Guess not.

This was our best Booking experience to date. The staff seems KIND to each other and I think that's why the stay seemed effortless. We had a hiccup and needed to extend (we are in town for a spinal surgery, the hotel is across the street) and the staff was accommodating and flexible. We ready like this hotel. Feels like it was updated recently and was actually updated durably. Breakfast was great (hot), coffee is 24 hours and fresh. There is a small well maintained pool.

Nothing wrong at all. This checks all the boxes for a place in this price range.

The location is perfect, not far from DownTown Phoenix, close to the light rail of the city, secure and quiet. The staff is very nice, helpful and informative. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excelent with good coffee, cereal, yogurt etc.

Just one little thing for my preference, I found my pillows too soft.

For an included hotel breakfast, they have a fabulous selection. Usually well-made scrambled eggs, home fries & some type of breakfast meat. Plus assorted muffins, bagels, waffle-maker, oatmeal & more.

The main thing we don't like, is that all of a sudden they started requiring parking payment. It's about $10/day. We stay here while getting to an appointment at Barrow Neurological Institute, which is a 2-hour drive from our home. The hotel rate itself isn't a bargain, but this parking fee now just adds to the pain.

Nice room, comfortable bed with great pillows. Responded nicely to one request I had, which they satisfied. Very convenient location to Barrow Institute.

The breakfast has a lot of options. The one thing that wasn't so good is whoever makes the scrambled eggs needs to discover the best way to make them. They were in almost micro-pieces, which wouldn't even stay on a fork. When I scooped them up to put on my plate, half of them spilled off that spoon - onto the counter & the floor. This consistency comes from constant whipping type of stirring as they're cooking. They should be folded easily as they set, until done.

Staff, location, coffee and tea station.

Bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner. Tub was stopped up, but I had already unpacked my room. The tub should’ve been noticed during the last cleanup they was done in the room. It’s was noticeable as soon as you turned the water on. I informed the staff upon checks out so hopefully the issue was corrected.

Solid, positive accommodations. Exactly what I expected from a Hilton/Hampton operation. Very spacious. And free breakfast (bacon, eggs, waffles!).

The small pool was outside at the back of the building next to the big parking lot. Kind of out in the open. They told me it was heated, but it did not look very inviting at all.

They have a good variety for breakfast. Its a great location.

The pillows had yellow stains. There was gross stains on the box spring matress that was missing a cover. There was hair in the shower. The ironing board was very dirty and stained. Make up stains on the comforter.

The location was perfect. There were lots of places to visit within walking distance. We really enjoyed our daily walks.

One day there were no towels by the pool. The snacks and drinks were too expensive. Water, if nothing else, should be reasonable. He
