I truly appreciated how friendly and efficient the staff was—everyone went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast is not only complete but also delicious. As for the location, it’s absolutely ideal. It’s within walking distance of many great restaurants and even a large grocery store for any essentials you might need. Overall, a fantastic experience!

3rd time I've stayed at this location, and the same amazing and friendly staff are working! Quick and easy check in, help holding my bags prior to check in, and easy check out. Comfortable and clean room, good night's sleep with the comfortable bed and quiet building.Liked that I could use my phone as a key for the elevator and room door locks.

I wish the city would do something about the unhoused hanging around outside and begging for money and food. I observed one man be arrested between the hotel and the ASU building a block away. Left me feeling uneasy walking outside the building alone.

It was a good downtown location but not on a real busy street. It wasn’t noisy at all! They had good, fast valet parking. A lot of things are within walking distance. The hotel it’s is extremely clean and well maintained! The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable; I’m difficult to please, but I don’t complain because I just have issues with my back and neck. The breakfast they serve is up until 10:00 AM, that is great! And the choices and quality were amazing. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout my stay! I’ll definitely be back to this location. Thank you so much!

The entry doors to the hotel are confusing because it’s all glass that is wrapped around on the corner. Maybe there would be a way to mark those two sides where the automatic doors open to make it clearer. I have a Dry Eye Disease; which can at times make it difficult to see things in certain light, and it was an issue for me coming in late. I wasn’t sure where to enter. I’d been dropped off my driver at the smack dab corner and started to walk straight in that way. But there was no entrance of course. He finally pointed out to me where it was.

This was the only hotel in our three week tour of the southwest that offered complimentary bottled water on check in. Much appreciated, given the 100F temperature outside. Manager was very personable. Breakfast timings were quite generous (till 10 or 11 I think) and, given it’s free, it was surprisingly generous. Liked the waffle makers.

I would’ve expected hotel reception staff to be better placed to offer information and guidance on how to access public transportation. Not all guests arrive in cars, even in America.

Breakfast was great, location was great, only downside was parking. Such a hassle trying to find parking because valet parking did not have good reviews so I did not want to use that. If the parking situation could be switched to where we could just pay and park that would be awesome! We had to pay $70 a day for parking at a parking garage near by. I thought that was really expensive for parking as well.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. So many options and it was fast and easy. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, approachable and amazing. The check in was fast and the check out was even faster. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The AC in the room was the best hotel AC we have ever had and it was 119 outside but you would never know.

I wasn't aware there was NO parking avaliable for hotel guests unless you paid $42 a night. It was a small inconvenience but an inconvenience non the less. This was more acceptable because the day time valet went above and beyond and was GREAT, super friendly and remembered us immediately every time we needed the car. Due to construction it was also hard to get to the property the 1st time, but this was no fault of the hotels.

Breakfast was very good with a nice selection to choice from. Location was great. Close to several restaurants within walking distance.

Didn't care much for the parking situation. Your chooses were to park on the street if you could find a spot and feed a meter, or valet parking at a cost of 42 dollars a day. If you're on a business trip and have a expense account the valet parking wouldn't be much of a issue, but if you traveling for pleasure and driving I would recommend you include a parking budget if you plan on staying at this location.

The customer service was great. Gabre greeted us upon our arrival and was able to get us into our room early. She was so friendly and welcoming. We were in town for the mens NCAA basketball final four tournament. Our first two nights in town we stayed in another hotel in North Phoenix. Then when our team won their final four game we booked the Hampton Inn and Suites for our remaining days in town. Gabre was a breath of fresh air from where we had stayed the first two nights. The hotel and rooms were newly renovated and very clean. The location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to in Downtown Phoenix for the various NCAA final four events. There were also plenty of restaurants, bars, and breweries in walking distance.

i liked that the hotel breakfast was free, it was filling as well as tasty. i like that i didn’t go to my convention hungry and came back in the evening to a nice room where i can relax after a long day.

the only things i didn’t like was that there was no parking lot and i had to pay for parking elsewhere, and there was no little roundabout where someone can go and check in, park and go up to their room. i understand because it is downtown where everything is close together, but it would have added more convenience

It was great! Super comfortable, spacious, had all we needed and super central. Even the parking was easy to get - a lot of people complain that it’s only possible with the valet (which is expensive) but we found a lot of free parking in the street around, and it was so much cheaper. Recommend this place to everyone!
