Very very spacious and had a lot of supplies. It’s basically a one bedroom apartment. Loved the layout of the apartment. This was my first time at a place in lobby for a front desk and despite that it was easy to get in and get around. Excellent location!

There are a few things that can use improvement. There’s no bedroom door between the bedroom and the other living room. Or to put any face wash in the shower with you. The storage unit is extremely small and they are not enough or large bags. They need more units.

It was very close to the convention center! Once I was able to find parking it was pretty easy to get around.

The walls are very thin. Like you can definitely hear every conversation the people near you are having. The location was good but the initial finding parking was a nightmare. That was more on all the events happening the first night we were there, but still something to be aware of.

This is a very unique structure, constructed from decommissioned shipping containers. It was well constructed in a modern decor. The climate control worked well and the rooms felt well insulated. The apartment was spacious and fit our family of 4 comfortably. The galley kitchen was large and well stocked with utensils. There is no onsite parking but plenty of paid street parking. In the heart of downtown PHX. There is no onsite staff, we had to register with Sondar and get the check in /out instructions via email. There is customer service available via phone that can help with registration.

The bed and linens were comfortable. The pull out sofa bed had a very thin mattress and was not comfortable.

The fact that this was not only cheaper than the more regular hotels nearby but also had full apartment amenities was amazing. A full washer/dryer, full kitchen, in addition to the bedroom/"living room" separation was great.

No on site parking really, really sucks. Also, the "living room" area with the sofa bed doesn't have real curtains as far as I could tell. That means as soon as the sun is up, whoever is staying in that room will definitely have a nice bright room.

The apartment was a decent size and it was interesting to stay in a shipping container. The bed was comfortable. I liked having a washer and dryer (they even left 3 dryer pods). They supplied dishwasher tablets as well. It was in a great location for bars and restaurants. We found a secure parking garage about an 8 min walk away. We managed to park on the street outside to unload and load up. Sonder answered any queries on the app in less than a minute. Very helpful staff. We opted to check in early for a small fee. It was easy to let ourselves in with the code supplied

A nearby bar was a little noisy until midnight but earplugs blocked the sound out

The simplicity and cleanliness of the apartment were superb! I also like the location of the apartment in downtown Phoenix. The staff, I meant on arrival at about midnight, who was around to help guests get into their rooms after an earlier power failure had disrupted the door code computers, was very courteous.

Unfortunately, during my stay, there was an ongoing road upgrade activity around the property which disrupted traffic flow as well as generated loud noises inside the building. However, the activities have nothing to do with diminishing the superb quality of the apartment.

Really nice apartment. Very comfortable with everything you need. Really convenient for downtown Phoenix and super close to a lovely coffee shop and restaurant. Really good communication from the property owners too.

No washing machine but we didn’t one. You might need one if staying with family.

This place was unique and stylish and modern and clean. Very good location with restaurants and cafes and activities within walking distance. The building is also safe and secure.

The kitchen window could use some shades for privacy. The area can get noisy on the weekends during nighttime, but that is to be expected given the proximity of the restaurants.

Great value for money, it has absolutely everything you need. It was clean and the interior was beautiful. Washer and dryer too! The bed was so big and comfortable. It was so amazing. Lovely views. Nice rooftop seating area. Also had a secure place to put your baggage on check in and check out until needed.

The location was ideal for all the activities we participated in!! There are so many options in the area. The uniqueness of the facility sold us on returning in the future.

The shower curtain did not come all the way down so there was a huge puddle of water on the ground after every shower. The live music from the local club/restaurant was great, but not at 1:30 in the morning.
