Close to convention center. Room had comfortable vibe. Employees were all very friendly and polite. Room had 2 beds, couch, kitchenette with sink, microwave and mini fridge. Also included a desk and two tv’s- one for the beds and one for the couch area.

Shower had constant drip. Overheard others complain of same problem. Slow, noisy elevators that could use some TLC. No way to plug in my Google TV to the back of the TV and to a power source so I could connect to my subscription services. At checkout a receipt for incidentals could not be given to me and I was told I would see the $100 hold on my statement but after 10-20 days the charge should “drop off”. So I had to leave without a receipt of charges.

Breakfast and central location was great!! The air conditioning actually kept up with the INTENSE heat. Room was clean and felt modern, bathroom well stocked for 2 guests.

one of the two elevators was out the entire stay and the other one took forever to arrive every time. Stairs were available and I was only on 2nd floor so I used those but I can't imagine how much waiting I'd have had to do if I was on a higher floor. It did look like the 2nd elevator was being repaired when I was checking out.

We booked last minute to avoid driving early from Tucson to Phoenix for a flight out of Skyharbor and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Staff were all lovely, room was large and well appointed and clean. The hotel is close to downtown, but easy to get around the city. We loved that it was only a few minutes drive from the airport which made our journey the next morning easy. Breakfast was great, lots of selection and plenty of room to sit down. Ample free parking, and a pretty safe neighbourhood. Go to Xanadu Coffee around the corner when you leave too - it's great.

Hard to find anything we didn't like about our stay - the pool towels had to be collected from reception and so we had to stand in line in our swimming gear waiting to get a towel. Making that a bit easier by having them in the pool area, or in the room would be better.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast had a lot of choices and was kept clean and well stocked, and the location was perfect for attending a game at Chase Field. The shuttle is a great perk, too!

The pillows weren't great and I woke up with a headache because of it. One of the elevators was broken and our room was on the 5th floor, so that wasn't great. We just took the stairs instead of waiting (except when we had luggage).

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was actually breakfast and the coffee was excellent. We stayed 2 nights to go to the Diamondbacks game. They shuttled us to the game both days. The Sunday game was a 1:10 start. Check out time is 12:00. They allowed us to leave the car parked on property and leave our luggage in an area behind the hotel registration counter. Customer Service at it's finest !!!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They let me have an early checkin since my flight arrived early. Free shuttle from the airport, and from the hotel to surrounding locations. Even went out of their way to help me find a lost item.

Breakfast area is a bit small for the size of the hotel. It was swarmed, and I had to take my breakfast to my room since all the seating was full. Not a big deal, but a minor inconvenience.

The staff was lovely! Breakfast was great! Rooms were nice and accommodating! We walked back and forth to the Convention Center daily — great location! This is our 2nd year in a row of staying here and will most likely not be our last!!

They were doing maintenance on elevators; so, only one was functional. We happened to stay during that timeframe. I’d still have stayed there knowing that info.

The staff was pleasant and very accommodating; the breakfast was fresh and good; and the shuttle was available for getting me to and from the airport and the convention center. Also, the rooms were spacious and clean.

The lobby bathroom wasn’t clean, but the cleaning staff was visible. Also, the pool was outside, which isn’t great in triple digit heat. Furthermore, the iron was old didn’t work well and the step down from the tub was really steep, so signage would have been helpful bc someone with poor balance could fall.

Plenty of parking and easy to find on arriving into Phoenix downtown. About 20 mins walk to the main socialising areas Roosevelt Row etc) which would be too much in high heat. Within walking distance of the tram (to get to the Heard etc), but it’s a few blocks. Good breakfast options given it’s included. Included waffles and bagels. Rooms spacey, clean and comfy. Staff were really lovely and welcoming. They have a shuttle bus but we didn’t use it.

It’s a shower over the bath and our bath (room 211) surface was so wobbly it was like being on a boat! It took a week for the expenses hold to be reversed on my credit card.

On the night I stayed, the staff member I interacted with was very polite and knowledgeable concerning area amenities and my overall needs while staying. I currently can not recall her name as I am at work, but she is a true asset to Springhill Suites. Also the breakfast was exceptional--for the price range to value--better than most that are included. I did overhear others mention the cheese eggs and variety offered-there was something for everyone.
