I loved the location; I was there for a concert at Phoenix Arena and being able to walk across the street for the event was awesome! I was very grateful to be placed in a high floor, away from the elevator as I requested. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, with a fantastic view of the city.

I was very displeased to be charged so much to park. The only option was Valet at the hotel for $45. There were lots directly behind the location for $30. I feel I should have been afforded some courtesy for staying there. I don't mind paying for the valet - but let's make it reasonable. The breakfast food was lackluster, at best.

The suite was spacious, and if I travelled with a companion, it would be more than enough for both of us. Having a mini kitchen that was well equipped with a microwave, toaster, large fridge, dinnerware, coffee machine, and serving platters was exceptional. It was like living in a studio apartment. I loved the gym!

The room could have been cleaned a bit more. I found a dried-up contact lens on the armrest of the sofa. The walls were also thin, and I could hear running out in the hall, the neighbour's glass shower door sliding and hitting the wall. The Peloton bike wasn't working (internet connection issues), which I raised immediately to the front desk, but was not attended to promptly, so I missed out on using it the 3 times I visited the gym.

The property is located across the street from the Phoenix Arena (south entry), which was super convenient for the event we attended. Overall, the hotel was very quiet, and the beds were comfy—definitely made for a restful stay.

I wasn’t aware the hotel was located on the back side of the Phoenix Arena, which made it a bit of a walk to nearby restaurants and bars—not ideal if you’re in heels! Especially after a concert, when you’re looking to grab a bite or go bar hopping after your event at the arena, the location felt a bit out of the way. Breakfast was decent but not very filling. We ate around 7:30, and when we went back for seconds, there were no warm items left. It seems they only put out a limited amount, and once it’s gone, it’s gone—which was definitely a bummer. The room was clean, but there was a strong smell of perm chemicals, which was strange.

Across the road from the back of Footprint Centre and 5-min walk to metro stops. Easy connection to the airport for those without a car. Comes with a decent buffet breakfast ideal for short stayers and a large breakfast area. Room is clean and spacious with a microwave oven. In house washing machines and dryers are coin-operated and only accept quarters ($3 each). You can change for coins at the reception desk for $10 (no change given).

Wi-fi is sketchy. Receptionists are generally friendly but do not communicate instructions well enough. Room cleaning service is on alternate days.

This hotel was in the perfect location for seeing a baseball game at the nearby stadium! The room was big. There was a full-size refrigerator and sink area with dishes and a microwave. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice. The staff were really helpful. Near reception, there were snacks that could be purchased and added to your bill. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay!

The only parking available is valet parking, which was $45 per night.

The rooms were spacious and met all of our needs. It was stocked well enough with kitchen utensils even though we didn't really use them. Great location for games and restaurants.

Need better directions/instructions for valet since that is the only option. There isn't an obvious main entrance and we drove around the building once. It didn't help that Google maps wasn't very helpful either. The only issue with room is that the carpet was heavily stained. However, I'm sure they've been very busy as a new hotel in an ideal location and it's hard to find time to carpet clean.

Clean, comfortable, and walking distance to the PHX Arena. Nice eateries within walking distance. Hotel isn’t outdated and the lounge area is nice with a snack shop and complimentary breakfast (we didn’t get to eat though because our flight left out before they were serving). Staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay and it was quiet even though it was completely booked due to a concert that night across the street (main reason we stayed here).

The room was very comfortable, with lots of seating and a well appointed kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was ready early enough that we could check in before heading to our concert venue, which made things so much easier for us. They were clearly trying to make that happen. You don't usually see staff going above and beyond like that at a hotel. The little snack bar by the front desk was perfect for a late night, after concert bite to eat back in your room. They even had frozen dinners and ice cream!

Not the fault of the hotel, but I didn't like getting stuck at a train crossing a block away from the hotel. Good thing to note is that there is an underpass, but GPS won't necessarily direct you that way. Also good to note that I didn't hear the train at all from our room.

First of all, Blaze was amazing! He is one of the valet drivers. He took amazing care of our vehicle and showed us where to go and what to do. Parking on the street made it difficult to see the actual entrance, but he was very helpful and showed us where to go. Thank you Blaze!!

The property is perfect. Great location for the stadium games. The only negative is you can hear everything. Loud people, loud stomping upstairs, loud people screaming and yelling in the hallways. This isn’t the property’s fault, but just know that it can get loud at night. People are loud. Just facts. Bring earplugs.

Location is wonderful when planning events and activities downtown. The facility is beautiful, modern, and clean. Lobby staff is quite friendly and quick to answer questions. The suite was very spacious, modern, and mostly clean. I loved having a kitchenette and dishes to use during my stay. Easy elevator access and valet parking is a plus.

My shower floor was absolutely dirty. Not stained, dirty. Shampoo ran out after 1 person had a shower and the lobby didn't pick up the phone to be able to ask for more. The rooms only lighting are 2 small lamps on each side of the bed or the natural lighting from the window. You have to pay for the hotel parking which is absolutely ridiculous because it is a private parking area. Valet is sometimes very full and you have to wait until there is space in the area to be able to pull over for service.
