I loved the location; I was there for a concert at Phoenix Arena and being able to walk across the street for the event was awesome! I was very grateful to be placed in a high floor, away from the elevator as I requested. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, with a fantastic view of the city.

I was very displeased to be charged so much to park. The only option was Valet at the hotel for $45. There were lots directly behind the location for $30. I feel I should have been afforded some courtesy for staying there. I don't mind paying for the valet - but let's make it reasonable. The breakfast food was lackluster, at best.

I love the location of this property! And the way the room is set up. Especially the suite rooms. We usually book this hotel when we have events to go to at the footprint or in the area. The beds are very comfortable The room is always very clean and I love that the AC is on before we arrive to the room. And the fact that it’s right across the street from the back entrance of the footprint center is excellent!

There’s nothing I didn’t like about my stay! My only note would be that I wish this property came with a rooftop pool or some sort of pool at this location. Especially during the summer, but that’s neither here nor there.

The suite was spacious, and if I travelled with a companion, it would be more than enough for both of us. Having a mini kitchen that was well equipped with a microwave, toaster, large fridge, dinnerware, coffee machine, and serving platters was exceptional. It was like living in a studio apartment. I loved the gym!

The room could have been cleaned a bit more. I found a dried-up contact lens on the armrest of the sofa. The walls were also thin, and I could hear running out in the hall, the neighbour's glass shower door sliding and hitting the wall. The Peloton bike wasn't working (internet connection issues), which I raised immediately to the front desk, but was not attended to promptly, so I missed out on using it the 3 times I visited the gym.

Property is conveniently across from Suns arena and down street from Chase field! If events were going on - amazing spot! I was there for a concert, 10 minute walk! It was great

Everything was great- only issue is the smoke detector went off while I was sleeping! House keeping couldn’t stop it- same thing happened to me a year ago in Chicago! Needed a new battery- so both times had to change rooms which can be annoying but this is just bad luck! Strange it has happened twice but the property itself is great!

The property is located across the street from the Phoenix Arena (south entry), which was super convenient for the event we attended. Overall, the hotel was very quiet, and the beds were comfy—definitely made for a restful stay.

I wasn’t aware the hotel was located on the back side of the Phoenix Arena, which made it a bit of a walk to nearby restaurants and bars—not ideal if you’re in heels! Especially after a concert, when you’re looking to grab a bite or go bar hopping after your event at the arena, the location felt a bit out of the way. Breakfast was decent but not very filling. We ate around 7:30, and when we went back for seconds, there were no warm items left. It seems they only put out a limited amount, and once it’s gone, it’s gone—which was definitely a bummer. The room was clean, but there was a strong smell of perm chemicals, which was strange.

Clean and staff was helpful and polite. They stored out luggage the next day while we attended an event.

Hopeless sleeping on the sidewalk very near the front lobby door. We waited nearly 20 minutes for valet to have time to retrieve something from our car. When we booked this hotel it wasn't obvious that a $45 valet was mandatory. That was an unpleasant surprise and hassle we didn't expect. We had to unload quickly in the street with cars everywhere and forgot items in the car that were difficult to retrieve later when we needed them.

Across the road from the back of Footprint Centre and 5-min walk to metro stops. Easy connection to the airport for those without a car. Comes with a decent buffet breakfast ideal for short stayers and a large breakfast area. Room is clean and spacious with a microwave oven. In house washing machines and dryers are coin-operated and only accept quarters ($3 each). You can change for coins at the reception desk for $10 (no change given).

Wi-fi is sketchy. Receptionists are generally friendly but do not communicate instructions well enough. Room cleaning service is on alternate days.

This hotel was in the perfect location for seeing a baseball game at the nearby stadium! The room was big. There was a full-size refrigerator and sink area with dishes and a microwave. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice. The staff were really helpful. Near reception, there were snacks that could be purchased and added to your bill. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay!

The only parking available is valet parking, which was $45 per night.

Great breakfast - condiments for good yogurt, especially fresh blueberries ... Walking time to Convention Center on 3rd St. was good. Full kitchen was very nice, even if I didn't have time to use it.

Time for weekend breakfast starting at 7 was too late since had to be at conference by 8 am. Maybe 6:30 am start time would be better. Walking back to hotel from Central Ave was a little "scary" late afternoon, run down neighborhood.

The rooms were spacious and met all of our needs. It was stocked well enough with kitchen utensils even though we didn't really use them. Great location for games and restaurants.

Need better directions/instructions for valet since that is the only option. There isn't an obvious main entrance and we drove around the building once. It didn't help that Google maps wasn't very helpful either. The only issue with room is that the carpet was heavily stained. However, I'm sure they've been very busy as a new hotel in an ideal location and it's hard to find time to carpet clean.
