We went to Phoenix for a wedding and this hotel was located close to where we needed to be. It was new looking, clean, and extremely comfortable. The bed was awesome, the rooms are big and set up well. The toiletries were high quality. You really need nothing. There was tons of parking. The only downside is, it's not very walkable due to a large population of homeless people living across the street, which obviously is outside the hotel's control. The property still felt safe, and I never saw anyone near the hotel or in the parking area.

Very comfortable bed. Nice room furnishings. Compared with most buffet breakfasts, this one was good, offering a large variety.

Unfortunately the neighborhood has some shady looking characters hanging around. The hotel had security patrolling the parking lot--which was reassuring, except I would prefer it if the security had not been necessary.

I liked the cleanness over all and the atmosphere of quite i liked that there is a business corner I liked that offering for us to use the membership which has benefits which is in Austin nobody told us about

I didn't like that to get more bonus so don't ask for the room cleaning service I didn't like that when I asked for late check out they couldn't assure it for me

Good buffet breakfast included in price. Reception staff very friendly, affable and sociable. Convenient for downtown: c.15 minutes' walk from First Avenue and Valley Metro. I was delighted to find that the hotel had a customer self-service launderette ( only US$ 4-00 for washing and drying clothes) which is such a useful and convenient asset when you are coming to the end of a holiday and avoids the burden of taking home in your luggage a pile of dirty linen,

The room was comfortable and clean.

We booked for a family of 4. There were only two towels in the room. We got in late and the last thing I wanted to do was to get more towels for my family to shower. They cleaned our room and left us with only two towels again. There was also a lot of homeless traffic outside the hotel. The hotel was clean and staff was great but the neighbor is not the best.

Bed and pillows were comfortable, breakfast was lovely. Great place for families.

The couch bed in my room was dirty. Asked staff to change it. Apparently they couldn’t because there was only one staff member in the entire hotel. So I had to go down and bring it up to my room to change the sheets. Initially I wouldn’t mind changing the sheets my self but we got there rather late and I really needed everything to be as it should when arrival. Pool is too hot but not unbearable.

This is a fantastic property with very good facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is ample parking space for vehicles. The rooms are pretty big compared to NYC or LA

Be prepared to have your own vehicle if you are staying here. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel but the bus frequency is pretty low. Well that's not the hotel's fault but if you are a guest here you need to plan accordingly.

Breakfast was amazing and very enjoyable. They had this cool pancake making machine. You can sit outside and eat if you want to. The Jacuzzi and pool were very relaxing and took up time. It's a 4 floor hotel so there is a lot of space. They have an ice machine and a vending machine.

There aren't many dislikes. However, we could hear someone running back and forth above us. It's nothing that the hotel can control with that. Cleaning isn't mandatory. You have to call and let them know or hang the sign outside the door. The trash cans in the room are a little small.

Over all, nothing really to claim. Comfortable bed in a big sized room. Bathroom nice size as well. All around clean. AC worked a little loud, but well, and was good adjustable in 1° steps. Desk with a real desk chair! Remarkable between all the hotels with uncomfortable work environment, I visited before.. Breakfast for the US was as well good. Some more less healthy food available. In colder season, definitely possible to discover the center of Phoenix from the hotel also by hiking. In summer now, you need a car or driver. Over all, again, zthe hotel is OK.

A safe in the room was missing and the AC worked a little loud.

Amenities were very nice, breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean and modern. The TV had the ability to stream whatever you want or play live TV too. Staff was also super friendly and helpful. There is a park across the street as well.

The location is not really next to any restaurants or activities within close walking distance but ubers were quick rides and cheap!
