We were expecting a letter from Australia which was delivered to the hotel and Michael at the front desk was kind enough to keep that for us until we arrived. He was very very good so thank you Michael for your help. he also kindly upgraded us to the 19th floor which was very kind of him.

There wasn’t anything that we did not like. Our stay at the Marriott residence Inn in Phoenix was a very enjoyable stay.

The staff. Skylar was always so nice, friendly, and helpful. He always smiled and appeared to love his job.

The kids at valet. Not professional and not helpful with luggage. They stand there waiting for tips, though. There are no options for food. The breakfast (if you want to call it that) is downright awful. No orange juice. Sausage not cooked fully. Best Western beats Marriott in that department. Rooms: the shower heads need updating. Pillows are hard not soft and fluffy. And where's the bottled water? Big price for no amenities.

The location was close to the convention centre, the mountain view from my room was good. It was handy to have access to laundry and gym facilities.

The aircon was a little cold for my liking and I couldn’t adjust it to make it warmer. I would have preferred a stronger water pressure for the shower.

Stayed here many times and always meets or exceeds our expectations! Very clean and staff is great.

Certainly not the properties issue or fault but the homeless, drug addicts and beggars are getting out of hand in that area:( The city needs to do better in this regard! It can be a little sketchy walking around after dark.

I love staying here the view is so pretty from the high floors, the pool rocks the little bar is amazing and the staff is always amazing

My microwave didn't work and being we were there a week that kinda sucked and not being able to stream Hulu or peacock

The property was clean and in the perfect place from where we were going. We really did not need to have much contact with the staff.

The only thing I had to say bad is not about the hotel, but about the valet parking staff. Even though it was not a lot of money, three dollars was taken out of the car.

Staff could have been more helpful. First time traveling and I wasn’t sure about best ways to get around. Overall I figured it out and used my phone for walking directions. Shuttle would have been helpful.

We was locked out of are room for about 30 minutes due to battery dying on key pad took Maintenance a while to come to fix once they came.It was done in about five minutes I had to go downstairs 3 × 2 let them know.Maintenance hadn't showed up Other than that the hotel was great

Nice property and great location. Clean and comfortable room.

The master switch in the room was turned off so for quite some time, I didn't think most of the lights in the room worked. Being told about the master switch when checking in would have been nice.

Really close to Footprint center and having the bar on the 4th floor is awesome.

We usually like a room with a balcony. There was no soap in our room, we had to call down for it. Couldn’t tell when the hotel lobby bar was open or not.
