The room and the Sky Terrace were amazing. It was extremely convenient location for the conference I was attending.

The cost of food and drinks were highly inflated in my opinion. For the cost of the room, a complimentary breakfast would have been nice. As this was a business trip, I was given a per diem for daily food allowance, however, even eating in the grab-n-go area, I still had to come out-of-pocket for food on this trip. Iwill say that any food ordered fresh was delicious and your staff is amazing. The pre-packaged sandwich and wrap I tried were soggy and not appetizing.

The rooms were super clean, comfy and quiet. We enjoyed the large TV that you can pivot to watch at either the bed or the sofa. the toiletries provided were nice as well. We enjoyed lunch on the patio with drinks. Service was always friendly and prompt. We also enjoyed the compass restaurant with the ever-changing views.

The lines for the elevators can be a challenge when staying for a concert or event. Valet parking was full, so we had to park at the Ace parking lot next door. Arrive early if you are attending a concert because all the parking and food venues fill up hours ahead of time. The compass restaurant requires a deposit to book a reservation. Some tables are not along the window so we couldn't really take nice pictures without people in them.

We had a volleyball tournament at the convention center and this was located right across the street from an easy walk everyday to the convention center. The hotel was clean, and nice, maybe a little old but that didn’t really bother me. The pool is kind of lame. It’s like 3 feet deep. The fitness center was really good. We walked everywhere. I even had to take a daughter to an urgent care and there was one just down the street. Great location. I’d stay here again for sure.

Pool. No A/C in the hallways

Very big grand old building. Fantastic location. Helpful staff. Overall a comfortable stay.

Not enough shade at the (very small) pool. We left after 5 minutes as it was just too hot. Lifts are slow, it felt like they weren’t all operating as there was always a delay. Room was very basic for the price ie no wardrobe, just a small shelving unit, no luggage rack. Coffee machine was broken. Breakfast should really be included for the price of the room.

Hotel room was big, clean and had a terrace. Unfortunately, the air quality was bad the two days we stayed so we weren’t able to use it. Hotel is gigantic. Made for conventions. Pool area was nice and hot tub worked. Plenty of street parking so didn’t have to use the hotel garage. Starbucks is just one block away. Beds were comfy. Close to stadium and children‘s museum. Plenty of restaurants around.

I think they charge $40 for parking, which is pretty steep, especially since the hotel felt almost empty. No free water (only with hotel chain membership). No bathrobes provided to get to the pool and back.

Located downtown, plenty of food options. The room was large and comfortable. The facility is very nice and has a nice vibe. Staff was outstanding, and helped me leaving the bag there till 9pm when I had to go to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was exceptional. The room has a comfortable desk, great for work.

The shower had a rusty facet, but it didn't affect the other areas. Bottled water in the room was 3$ (free for members), which is weird as you pay 250$/night and got to pay for a small bottle of water.

For 15years we always stays her for a dance competition and cheer competition. Our daughter loves it up til now that she’s already 13. She still gets excited with the elevator and now with her lil brother doing it with it. And of course the convenience that it’s walking distance to the convention center. Hopefully that price will not go up every time though that we can’t afford anymore😭😭😭but overall we WOULD STAY HERE NEXT TIME Ohhh the restaurants food were great and I wished to eat more there

I rarely give comments but this would be my second time this year and I would say I will stay here again next time. The rooms were clean. Staff was Soo accomodating. Ohhh yahh and it’s right across the convention that our event happened.

Not like I don’t like we can deal with it but since it’s Soo busy weekend the elevator takes forever but one time that the line was long, they accommodate the long line and took us to the maintenance elevator, for me that’ was an A plus

Close to everything we needed

The pool can use more chairs. No place to sit. The breakfast included was great though very confusing on what items were included. Need to make it very simple for the guest staying there as the market has a variety of food. We found many times what we ordered was not in the included price

The room was wonderful, very clean. I loved the way it was set up; especially how the TV could connect to streaming apps on the phone and be adjusted from side to side depending on where you are sitting. Bathroom was spacious and plenty of room to hang and fold items in the closet area.

Housekeeping didn't come for the first day or two, I'm guessing they weren't given an updated list of occupied rooms but when I called in the morning they sent someone up that day so that was nice. The room sometimes took a while to cool down but when it did, it was very comfortable.
