The breakfast was good. There were a number of options. The eggs were actually quite tasty. The had coffee available earlier in the lobby than the 6:00 a.m. start time for the full breakfast, which was much appreciated. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly

The only negative things are: there were cracks in the ceiling of our room which were not repaired properly which made the place feel old. The toilet didn't flush very well. Probably wasting a lot of water. Also, the elevator is slow and noisy making you feel like it's not operating properly. And, maybe it's just me, but I hate those chunky square bed pillows.

A great location close to the airport. The staff took pride in customer service and went above and beyond during our stay. The hotel is clean and well taken care of. The pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily. The pool is not heated. The breakfast had a nice variety. Our room was nice, the only negative was a slow drain. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again. The vibe is comfortable and laid back. While reading reviews before booking our stay, I was surprised to see so many widely differing reviews. If you need a comfortable and friendly stay that is near the airport look no further.

I stayed at the green tree just for one night on a layover in Phoenix. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a fancy hotel. I was just looking for something close to the airport, clean, with a shuttle and breakfast in the morning. They delivered on everything, they don’t actually have a shuttle but they do pay for an Uber coming and going. You just call when you get to the baggage area and then they will order one for you within five minutes and the hotel is only about 10 minutes from the airport so very quick, check in was easy and the room was clean bed comfortable. Breakfast in the morning with simple but my waffle really hit the spot. I would most definitely stay here again on any layover.

It's perfect for a layover flight, it's close to the airport and has a few fast food places just 5 min walk away. The staff is friendly. Clean rooms. The free airport taxi, both from and to the airport, is a great service, you just give them a call and they will send you a voucher (IT'S IMPORTANT TO HAVE A US PHONE NUMBER, since it's through SMS). The room needs some freshen up, a bit outdated and the Aircon is a bit loud. If you walk to the fast food places you might find some suspicious people laying around or acting strange, be careful. Had some issues with the deposit refund, since I had payed through booking.com somehow it had been charged back to booking and not to my original credit card, but with some patience the great costumer service was able to find the issue

Breakfast was ok. Staff was very nice. Pool was nice, hours could have been better. Closed at 9 pm when it finally was cooling down. Room are clean and bed was comfy.

At breakfast, Juice machine was broken. Not alot of food to choose from. Water pressure in shower was not great and the tub didn't drain. Hallway floor was soaked, not sure why. Ice machine leaking maybe.

The check in with Shy was very easy. As requested, we were booked into a first-floor unit. There was an issue with the room, but Shy upgraded us to a king suite. This was much appreciated as it was already almost midnight. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking. Check out in the AM was fast and simple. We enjoyed the staff; they were very courteous, and we stayed there again before our return flight. I believe it was Kerra who helped us the second time.

This was really something that the Greentree Inn could not control. There is so much construction in the area that it was difficult for us to find the hotel, especially late at night.

So cheap and so good! I only paid like $160 for two nights while I waited for my apartment to open (they charge me $300 for early access lolol). Check in was fast, room was nice and private, breakfast was ok, and they even offered to keep my luggage when I checked out so I can sort my apartment stuff out.

Well there wasn't anything I really disliked, I guess I could say the ice deposit was kind of stinky as it is quite close to the trash. I haven't used any of the other facilities like the gym and stuff so can't say much about it.

The staff were lovely and did everything possible to help. Free breakfast can often be rather limited, but here there was a good selection, including a couple of hot dishes. The rooms are a little dated, but a decent size and comfortable, with a decent bathroom - nice touch addition of good toiletries too. Coffee available all day, 24 hour reception, free airport shuttle - very much recommended.

Nothing to dislike really. The rooms were a little cold, but I would think that’s needed in the warmer months and we were able to turn on the heat and get an extra blanket. Some people’s children were excessively noisy but you can’t blame the hotel for that!

The gal at the reception was friendly and accommodating when we arrived late on May 3. She organized the voucher for our VIP taxi shuttle and when we called reception to inform her that we neeeded extra blankets she provided us with an excellent service with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with many hot and cold options. We enjoyed spending time at the pool before check out. I would recommend Green Tree to anyone looking for accommodation close to the Airport.

Everything met our needs.

Within 10 minutes of airport. shuttle via VIP taxi services. arrived at 1900 hr .But it was already later for the body (8 hrs time difference). going to the US do NOT a rental car on arrival. First night take a hotel with shuttle. Rent the next day. Breakfast was good. make your own waffle. I got a refund on the VIP taxi from the frontdesk (see blow)

The hotel has a shuttle service via VIP taxi. I did NOT have a US sim in my mobile yet. with help of information desk at airport they phoned the hotel and a pick up was arranged.
