Friendly desk staff. Bathroom and sheets were clean and floors were clean, not just free of hair and lint, but my feet didn’t leave brown foot prints when I stepped into the shower. T

The toilet in our first room was leaking between the toilet base and the tile floor. Sufficient water on the floor that it puddled around the side and front of the base, we found the issue by stepping in the puddle. Seems the housekeeping staff should have identified this and the room been flagged until the toilet seal was repaired. The front desk was very pleasant and apologetic about the inconvenience and moved us to a different room.

The room was nice the majority of the room was quite comfortable and the common areas clean and comfortable. The free toiletries was great as we had forgotten a couple of things and were able to get what we needed.

not a big fan of the sliding door on the bathroom as it would become stuck. Also the shampoo was empty so I couldn’t shampoo my hair, the rest of the bottles were mostly full though. The staff member that helped us was a bit short with me about breakfast when I asked about the timing with regard to the shuttle and possibly of a to go bag in the morning, then in the morning I found the to go bags by the front desk that he had not even mentioned. Just would have been nice if he had mentioned the possibility of the bags. I had just arrived from Switzerland so I was tired and we had an early flight to catch.

Shout out to Karen who is the manager. She’s really personable and willing to accommodate the best she can. I have POTs and was coming in with a crazy toddler and my heart is always beating at like 200bpm and with the heat and everything, it’s just stressful. She hooked me up with the closest room to the lobby and I was so grateful 🥲 it made it easy for me to go back and forth between the car and my baby to carry stuff around. Thank you thank you!

Breakfast was wonderful and the amenities, plus the location. The rooms were excellent but could be a tad bit cleaner.

The rooms could be just a tad bit cleaner. To me, there shouldn't be anything from previous people that stayed and no hair in the shower and walls of shower. Also, the bedside lamps should definitely have warm bulbs, and the desk one should have a white bright light. It was reversed which was annoying because who wants a bright white light next to bed. (Just a recommendation)

On the scale of Hampton Inn breakfasts this one was quite high. The omelettes and potatoes in particular were excellent, with red and green peppers and plenty of cheese. Bacon and sausage alternated daily, both were great. The King Suite was an excellent size with a very usable desk, and nicely laid out bathroom. The place was clean and well maintained.

I can't think of anything. One leg on the desk looked like it had been knocked loose by an enthused maid's vacuum, but overall it was a fantastic stay, and very close to my client offices. 10/10 would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was a very clean hotel with a good breakfast. The location to the airport was close but not too close. It didn’t have airport hotel vibes. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet even though near a highway. You never would have known it.

There was really nothing I didn’t like.

Check in and check out were quick and easy, beds were comfortable, location was quiet. Breakfast was as you'd expect- my son loved the waffle station and there were enough options for a non-breakfast person like me to still have coffee and a morning snack. We were here to visit the ASU campus, and this location was only a few minutes' drive.

As far as I could tell the location isn't walkable for restaurants, so plan to drive for meals. There is currently major highway construction nearby, and we had a couple issues taking the wrong exit and/or being in the wrong lane for where we needed to be. Obviously not the hotel's fault, but if you're headed there be aware!

Staff were WONDERFUL, no complaints. Very friendly, very helpful. Kendra is what we call in Hawaii, someone with the Aloha spirit. Very personable with the Ohana spirit.

We wanted to utilize pool but gotten dirty after the dust storm and not gotten as clean as we wanted it to be

Breakfast was satisfactory and as I expected. Shuttle to/from airport a plus.

No one to help with luggage. I am 79 years old and had several heavy bags. Having to load everything myself on to the luggage rack and push/pull it onto the elevator and to my room was a bit difficult. Never encountered this at a hotel before.

Seamless check in-check out. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The male staff member at reception with the long braids especially was so welcoming with such a lovely smile! Amazing buffet breakfast! A huge hit with our two young daughters who are quite particular with their food. Beds are extremely comfortable that even my 1 1/2 year old slept better than in our bed at home! Shuttle bus pick up and drop off is an easy process and very convenient. Be sure to book in advance.

There was some hair in the bath and bathroom floor that did not belong to us. It was not excessive and not a huge issue and I did not report it to anyone so I cannot comment on how it was dealt with by staff but it is not a nice sight to see someone else’s body hair in what’s meant to be a freshly cleaned room.
