Staff kicked me out saying I damaged room I asked what was damaged and wouldn't say they then said it was dirty. Mind you I was there 7 days. But we cleaned it everyday ourselves. I had s cooler with ice cuz for some reason mine had no fridge. Well the maid threw it out of door busting open cooler and milk which milk went everywhere and I cleaned up mess she made. But didn't offer to Pau for my cooler and same time couldn't tell me what was damaged. So they discriminated and profiled me. Evidently cuz went into office after work and was dirty I'm assuming or cuz I was white nit sure reasoning at all. So they kept my 200 deposit didn't return it and to this day no explanation why

I like the staff they were friendly at front desk and breakfast but the star was the shuttle driver Adam L. He made my day twice in a row.

As a hosekeeper ina hotel at my town I am very aware of cleanliness and what a hotel and room should look like, acordong to my standards . The facilities need a big upgrade and mantainance. bathtub is horrible damaged and dirty as well as the bathroom sink. I was afraid of lifting the tub mat. The lobby needs a bit of care. The floors were dirty and carpets are gross dirty also in the room and room bathrooms. the matress was comfortable but also needs an upgrade or rotation also very dirty.

I like that the room was clean and spacious and had plenty of sitting areas. I like the pool area and that you gave free breakfast and had shuttle services. The staff is friendly.

Property was great and I stayed 2 nights and both times At breakfast there was no syrup for the waffles. I would figure they would at least go to the store to get some unless that isn’t allowed or they have to wait for corporate or something.

I like it that is close to the airport y has shuttle to and from the airport.

I didn't like that it isn't restaurants around it so for someone like me that I travel alone and can't drive is a bit challenging. They did offer to take me to a restaurant at the Hilton hotel. But as anyone knows it, usually eating at a hotel restaurant can be expensive. For person traveling alone and can't drive I don't recommend it.

James, the maintenance man has exceptional customer service! James is very approachable and easy to talk to!! James was able to answer all of our questions accurately and was extremely friendly! James went out of his way to make us feel welcomed at the property and comfortable. James deserves a raise!

I don’t know the lady’s name, but I Believe she was in house keeping. She walked around not very friendly or approachable. The last day of our stay, we asked her for a trash bag to help tidy up the room. She rudely told us she didn’t have one and told us to go ask the front desk. She could have been more friendly.

Everything went well from booking the room, getting a shuttle to the hotel and checking in. The breakfast was ready on time, and we got back to the airport when we needed to. The room was very clean, and staff was great!

We had to switch rooms, because the TV didn't work in the first one, but that was taken care of quickly and painlessly. Thank you for all of your help.

The night clerk was named Charles, he was so professional. I was lost and I called him three times and he was very comforting and gave me good information on how to get to the hotel. Once I got to the hotel, he bent over backwards to be accommodating to me. He is a good person I hope really good things for him, because he was such a nice guy

Conveniently located and affordable. My arrival at Phoenix Sky Harbor had been severely delayed and it was too late to drive to my planned hotel in Sedona. I was able to get a room at La Quinta to get a little sleep and a shower before driving to Sedona in the morning. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

Had some trouble finding my room due to the layout of the hotel. Access was via outside doors and the exterior hallway to my room was only partially illuminated. The even numbered rooms were on the inside and the odd numbered rooms on the outside. I couldn’t read the room numbers well because of the lighting. Everything was fine once I found my room.

Good location, easy to get to. Outside was well maintained and clean. Overall breakfast was good.

Room was old, carpet had many stains, bathtub was old, walls needed repainted. Breakfast should have eggs.

Breakfast was good, actually had eggs, sausage, potatoes in addition to the easy stuff.

Dim lights in room. No easy access to outlets for computer/cell phone charger. Had to move furniture for access to electrical plugs.
