It was neat and tidy. Room was exactly as expected.

Unfortunately while we were there, a high school athletic team was also there and they took over the lobby and eating area for what appeared to be a meeting leaving no place to sit and eat. I understand this wasn't malicious or with any intentional inconvenience to other guests, but it did create a situation regardless. I would still stay there again without question. Only real complaint would be the SLOWEST elevator on the planet. You would swear it was coming from the 134th floor waiting for it.

My family and I thought the beds were very comfortable. The shower was very clean, and the morning coffee was amazing! The check in process was smooth. I would stay there again if I have an early morning flight.

We parked our car on site and then caught a shuttle to the airport. That went smoothly. On the return however, the card the shuttle driver gave me connected us to a Hilton Garden Inn and they were confused about the pick-up. I told the front desk person that we had stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and that I was calling the number the shuttle driver gave me. We ended up on the right shuttle, but it was not smooth communication.

Cleanliness, amenities, comfortable and spacious rooms, access to coffee in the lobby 24/7. I liked that the rooms were large and very comfortable.

Very noisy air conditioners. We arrived in the evening. But the impression was that we were not expected. The girl at the reception was not friendly. She was busy with something and showed in every possible way that we were disturbing her. And we didn't want to interfere. We wanted to check into a hotel. There were no questions for the rest of the staff.

The bed was very comfortable! The TV was nice. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. Staff were helpful and professional.

The hot tub was not operational during our visit. When we inquired further, we were told that the reason why it wasn't working, was because the motor was loud and people had complained previously about the noise. We were told that we could walk over and use the hot tub at the Hilton which was close by. ( we decided not to do so) The hotel should have stated the issue with the hot tub. On the website., as It is an amenity we look forward to.

Friendly staff with excellent communication- when the pool are was going to be closed the next day, we were instructed to use the amenities next door with good instruction. Wonderful breakfast Onsite outdoor pool/hot tub Clean- aside from the hot tub Fresh ground coffee

Very standard hotel. Nice features, 24-hour pool, free breakfast, and free shuttle to the airport. They even offer 2 pm checkout if you're a rewards member and you can sign up for free. and there's a Hilton next door with a restaurant and bar. AND THE BED WAS SO COMFY. did not want to get up.

Proximity to car rental centre

Advertised free shuttle within 5 mile’s radius as well as to the airport. They didn’t offer the 5 mile radius shuttle which I needed to get to the car rental centre. They said I had to get the shuttle back to the airport to then get the free monorail to the car centre. Would have taken approximately 45 mins. Shuttle direct from the hotel would have took 10.

I like that it is 10 mins away from the Phoenix aSky Harbor airport. I booked 1 room with 2 queen sized beds. When we got there, check-in was fast and easy. They give you options what floor do you want to stay. We picked first so luggages won’t be a hassle. The room and bathrooms were perfectly clean. Plus points because the inn was evidently PWD-friendly. Beside the bathroom tub, it has a handle so you can hold on to it. They have 24 hr swimming pool and I also saw their mini gym being thoroughly cleaned by the staff. They have free and unlimited ice. Perfect to beat the awful heat in Phoenix. They also sell mini snacks and drinks. All staff were hardworking and approachable. They charge your credit card with extra $20 more or less for incident fee but they will return it if you did not damage of steal any of their things once you checked out.

Air conditioner was quite noisy when you try to sleep. Bathroom tub handle is quite hard to turn.

All the staff was and is amazing ..had some all the sudden changes and the staff accommodated perfectly ... Thank you ... We took the shuttle and my husband and out great niece was able to come with me to see me off and was able to be picked back up and returned to the hotel to have some breakfast ...

Nothing ... We had a great time no nothing to put down for didn't like ....

The receptionist upon check in and out. She was so warm, inviting and friendly. My wife an I look forward to staying again at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Her name was Carla Medina-Reeves
