My room was a 1-bedroom suite, and was extremely comfortable. Location was quiet, safe, and very convenient for me. Availability of many amenities, although I did not use any of them.

Floors, drapes, and some of the furniture were outdated, Bathroom floor tiles were in poor condition. Large sections of parking spots in front of my room were blocked off with pilons, causing me to have to park a bit of a distance from my room. I had an adjoining room, separated by a metal door, and I could hear EVERY noise and conversation from guests next door. One night, some type of animal got under and inside the bathroom wall, making loud scratching and flopping noises, enough to wake me from a deep sleep.

Breakfast was delicious. Server was so nice.

The pro shop attendant. I felt he could have accommodated me a bit better. I was traveling with my son who does not play. I asked for a cart so he could ride with me, and I was denied and told that there were not enough carts. Later that day, I saw a twosome, each on their own resort, golf cart. We were in town for a concert and the reason I stayed The Legacy was to play. I ended up missing out on playing what looked like a beautiful course.

The facilities were beautiful and safe. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The studio had all of the amenities such as two entrance doors, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The heated pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center were fantastic!

Our family of four did feel a little bit cramped in the studio. Wished it was a little bit bigger. I will definitely book a room a little bit bigger next time to best meet my family's needs.

The room was a great size for our family and we made use of the kitchen facilities during our stay. We also used the washer and dryer and thought the complimentary detergent was a nice touch. Beds were large and comfortable Pool was lovely - happy hour was fab! Kids used the tennis and basketball courts and we had a BBQ one evening which was lovely and easy to use. We didn't eat at the hotel but the restaurant had some good deals and food looked really nice.

I took a shuttle from Prescott for my granddaughter Rachel's wedding at your resort and a son dropped me off at my room. I would have enjoyed having breakfast but without a car it was too far to walk.I am 83.

I suspect my situation is not unique and it would have been very helpful when I checked in if your employee had asked if I needed transportation within your very large resort. I made clear when I was checking in I was alone. I was confined to my room or the walking area very close to me until family member came to get me. It would have been helpful if I had been given a map of the resort and some idea of the location where my family members were staying in the resort. Should my family been more aware I was "room bound" yes but I suspect all their attention was on Rachel's wedding. Be cautious when you ask these questions because you can get someone like me who wrote for a newspaper.

LOVED the suite - really spacious, in top condition with all the amenities I needed for my week long stay. The resort staff were really welcoming. I enjoyed a great meal at the restaurant/bar and the pool facilities were really good too - it was just a bit too warm to enjoy it in the stifling heat! The A/C, Kitchen, Bed and Bathroom were all top notch

It would have been nice for the pool to be cooler, but it was 118 degrees outside, so not much to be done about that. The walls were very thin, so occasionally there was some noise spill from the neighbouring rooms.

Golf course was awesome. Restaurant service and food was great. Condo was nice, but daily room cleaning was not understood. It appears you have to schedule that service. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

I love how secluded the resort is, but it is very open as well. We had a lot of fun hanging out at the pool and playing basketball and pickle ball. Neither of us golf, but there was a lot to keep us busy. The pool has a lot of seating, and we never had a problem finding a place to hang out. The restaurant on site is really delicious, and the drinks were good too. Drinks are not as expensive as many other places in AZ!

Our room was pretty far away from the pool area (.25 miles). This being said, we were offered a golf cart ride the day of our arrival. Also, the gym on site was not as large as it looked on the pictures. There were a couple treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, free weights, and a cable machine (three handle attachments).

The reception desk staff at check-in were great to deal with. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

At check-in the "connoisseur" was rude. She needed my driver's license to give us our wristbands and welcome packet, whatever that means. Since I just used my ID to check-in, I asked why she needed it too questioning aren't you the same company as the resort? She exclaimed, "I don't need this, just forget it." So we walked away. We never did know what the wristbands and welcome packet were about. We went to the restaurant for breakfast on Sunday 11/6 and it took 50 minutes for our order to be delivered to our table.

Liked the privacy, location, cleaning arrangements, in-room kitchen supplies, in-room safe, good wi-fi, and comfortable beds. No high-pressure push to join the Vacation Club. My wife liked it very much! We are not golfers.

Vending machines were often out of Diet Coke. The ice machine in the #6 complex was out of ice one night. Single-ply toilet paper--we bought our own. Audio did not work with Live TV on the exercise bike. However, once notified they fixed it, even on the weekend.
