The room was a good size, the room service was fast and good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Lobby Grill staff was exceptional and the food was good. The Oasis water park was great. It was great to have a pool right outside of our room to go to when the Oasis closed at 5PM.
Getting to the Sedona of the Arizona Grand was challenging especially at night when we had never been there. The parking lot is a maze and we never really figured out the best way in and out of the Sedona area. They had main entrances to the area blocked off either with huge flower pots or barriers. Room service closed early at 10PM, we got in about 11PM and couldn't order anything. The room itself, walls, fold out couch etc. were out dated. Seems it could use some wall fixings and touch up paint. The extra blanket was dirty with hair. I had to ask for clean blankets. The fold out couch mattress needs replacing. We could feel the springs of the fold out couch through the mattress.

1.The resort is beautiful and well maintained 2. It's located near a lot of food places and it's not far from the airport. 3. The rooms are spacious 4. The staff were welcoming
1. They have microwaves but you have to purchase by the day. 2. The Lobby grill restaurant was pricey which was fine but the quality of the food didn't equate to the price, 3. The laundry facility had 1 washer and 1 dryer that was outdoors.

A complimentary upgrade to our room. Kids loved having their own space and TV. Everything was amazing in the room and 2 full days at the water park was amazing and a great deal. The water park itself is amazing. We had an absolute blast.
We weren't offered breakfast. A complimentary basic breakfast would have been very helpful. The cost of food and drink at the pool is insanely overpriced, especially with no outside food allowed in. A simple meat for the 4 of us with chicken strips drinks and fries was nearly 75% that cost of our room. When we come in the future, we'll leave to eat.

Everything! Our family loves this resort from the style, comfort, amenities, amazing staff, and of course the Oasis waterpark. We eat at the Lobby Grill predominantly because of the great quality of food & service. This also allows us to maximize our time at the waterpark and pools/spas before dinner.
The only real issue I have is the bathrooms have plenty of space but dont have enough wall-hooks or places to put towels & clothes. This is a simple and inexpensive upgrade that brings so much extra value. Also, noise can be a factor because of the design of the resort but staff does well to maintain quiet time between 10p - 7a.

Rooms were wonderful. Very clean and spacious. Multiple pools on the grounds were awesome.
The only downside we saw was that the water park was really geared towards older kids. Our girls are 6 and 9. Our 6 year old is petite and while she's a strong swimmer she wasn't able to go on any of the slides at the water park. The pools and lazy river were great, but she ended up feeling quite left out. Idk that I would recommend for kids under 48" if you're traveling with both smaller and bigger kids

We loved the magician... Def should be paying that guy well. He bring another enjoyable complimentary moment to thee guests that *with kids* makes things very special and fun. We appreciated that! We also liked that it has a classic old school feel and never feels modern, always homey ❤️ we also enjoyed that you allow the plants to grow lush. We saw lots of various bird families! We loved the oasis it was awesome that it's included in the stay - that alone makes the price worth it. We're rooting for you that across the street is acquired by someone to bring something more upscale, fun, local, sustainable and on your level! Loved that it was right up the road to rustlers. Lovely stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed
The only thing we didnt love was the birds were startled by the fireworks. There is great alternatives to close fireworks by so much wildlife. Don't get us wrong we like fireworks just sad they were a bit close to the beautiful birds and their homes. (Look into the dangers of this it's actually sad! Some birds get so scared their little hearts stop beating 💓)

Oasis Park was very clean and organized. We had plenty of towels, tubes, etc. The bars were centrally located and convenient.
We had no issues during our stay. Parking seemed very crowded but it was a holiday. I did not like that you block all of the parking road entrances near Sedona building, but understand the thinking behind it. Having the one main entrance and exit increases traffic flow and safety concern. We witnessed several near accidents and one involving a hotel cart because a guest in their vehicle did not see the cart due to all of the turns in the parking lot.

When I got to the lobby (while waiting for my adult children, who are all in their 20's, to arrive) I had a small amount of difficulty when booking the room through Booking.com (the 3rd party had inverted my name). The young lady at reception upgraded our room to a villa that was absolutely gorgeous! This ranks as one of the top Mother's Day weekends ever. Everything, from the view from our balcony, the amenities, the staff, our villa location, as well as everything about the Arizona Grand was outstanding! I highly recommend this resort for young adults and adults as the lazy river, water slides, and golf course were all a bonus.
I was extremely fortunate to find ONE last room left for Friday and Saturday night, on the very busy Mother's Day weekend. This does NOT reflect on the Arizona Grand but Booking.com., because it's international, inverted my first and last name. So, the Friday we were all driving to the resort (each of us from a different city), I was calling and calling to see why my name did not appear on reservations. Once the error was discovered, the staff at the Arizona Grand acted extremely professional and upgraded our room.

We loved the lush landscape, clean environment, elevators, variety of swimming choices, comfortable room and the water park fun. We also appreciated the available clean towels at the pools. The variety of food and drinks available was also appreciated and it tasted good. The A/C worked great!!!!
We had problems with our coffee maker and had to go to the cafe for coffee. The bathroom was a bit awkward with the door swinging in to such a small area and the shower door swinging in to get the water on.

I loved the property, especially the waterpark, easily accessible, and a great amount of
The decor of our room seemed a bit dated. Although the room was sizable enough for three to pull out couch with thread bear and definitely could’ve been replaced as well as our room could’ve used a refrigerator that was large enough to hold more than two water bottles.
