I travel a lot so when I need a place to go to for a few days I come here. Staff has always been nice to me, from the front desk workers, to the security guards , to the lovely cleaning staff. I have never had a problem. Idk ppl expect a luxury studio but it’s live-able! Trust me and I’m very picky I definitely will be back in a few days.

Needs another elevator closer to the other side.

The price was excellent for all that came with the room very satisfied. Only thing I was upset about was that the rooms could use a little tlc the first room curtains were ripped right off track and left on floor that room would've been perfect second room no couches door was gaped wouldn't close flush and toilet was rocking. Other then that the idea of the set up was what won me even tho I had no couches I still appreciated the thought of the whole idea that came with the room definitely will be booking again

Needed to stay on top of furniture and fix little things that bring major comfort to guess

Everything was perfect. There's not really anything to complain about. Except the fire alarm going off when we were sleeping.

I do recommend this hotel if you have to stay in Phoenix Arizona. The room was clean and very spacious. It has its own fridge and microwave, 2tv in was a suite and it had a table and a small recliner. I also liked that it was next to Walmart and fast food and other stores.

The only thing I didn't like about this place was my room was on the third floor and there was no elevator.only stairs. The pool was out of service. In fact I heard they are closing this place to remodel. Hope they open soon. I will return in December.

I just love your staff. I can't say anything bad about them asman, the security guy, always smiling and such a nice young man, Jessie the front desk gal also always with a smile and so accommodating. Moss the front desk guy same, always with a smile. I want to thank all of you oh and Carlos also always with a smile. Housekeeping very nice ladies

Nothing, well maybe when a person stays over they have to have a new reservation everytime

You pay what you get for. I needed a place to stay and it was alright. People love to find things to complain about, but with ANY hotel I ALWAYS bring throw away pillow cases, sheets, etc.

Room smelled, but was kinda expected

I love the fact that housekeeping checked on me through out the day to make sure I was good & I also like how the staff at the front was very friendly towards me & my son.

Yea it's not the BEST looking hotel around but by far the best value and a great place to stay if your going through a rough time.

Check in was fast, front desk worker was very polite and welcoming. A vast improvement from last time I was here.

The room I had booked was under maintenance but they quickly found me a similar room.

Pet friendly and convenient location.

The AC's filter was dirty.
