The entire staff was so friendly and helpful! Very welcoming! Rooms were great! So clean and comfy! The breakfast buffet and the evening "appetizer" buffet was amazing! The drink punch card was an extra bonus to enjoy at the end of the day! What a great idea! The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The location of the hotel was perfect! The parking was well lit and we felt very safe. We traveled from Kansas and stayed five nights. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave. Thank you for making our stay a nice experience and we will definitely stay again!

Property was nice and clean. The breakfast and kickback alone were worth the price. Phoenix isn’t a place I’d likely choose to visit, but we had a wedding to attend. The location is near shops and we were able to stay cool inside despite the over 100 degree temps outside in June. We spent most of our time away from the hotel, but I do wish we’d have had some time to enjoy the pool and eat there more often. The staff is also fantastic, friendly and helpful! The bar with food after hours is great too. One night we’d been out all day and didn’t have much chance to get dinner so it was nice to have that option. I’d highly recommend Drury and if I travel anywhere else that has a Drury, I will likely consider staying there!

No complaints. Just a caution that if you don’t have to go to Tempe/Phoenix area in the summer then don’t!! It’s way too hot!!! Go stay at Drury during the other seasons 🙂

We stayed here on a vacation. We arrived and were greeted Richard with a smile at the front desk. He was very kind and made us feel welcomed. He let us know about the dinner and snacks they provide and the 3 free drinks. He let us know about breakfast and the times they serve. Every time we went out, all of the staff greeted us with a friendly smile. Richard was very knowledgeable about the location and gave us a few places that he recommended to try. He had bought some wine to relax for our trip and he was so kind to make sure we had wine glasses to enjoy our wine with. I can say that we will be coming back and staying at this hotel again. To all the staff, thank you for always being so kind. Thank you to the housekeeping ladies who always made sure we had plenty of towels and always checked if we needed anything for our room. We met a maintenance guy in the elevator, and he was pleasant to talk to as well. Managers were at each meal, breakfast, and dinner and were always greeting their guest. I have nothing negative to say about this location.

Stayed here twice (as a couple and hubby 4 times), really amazing personal, friendly and helpful, room was big enough, great views from the fifth floor, housekeeping is great, beds are good, breakfast is really nice, lot's of options, also healthy ones like oatmeal (!), free coffee and free popcorn in the afternoon, also open buffett dinner (free light meal). Lots of parking. Excellently located in phoenix with quick access to highway

Earplugs are not needed but if you're sensitive then it is nice to have since the road is nearby, and trucks drive by loud sometimes.

What was there not to like! I came for sun and relaxation and left with so much more. Absolutely the best experience. The hotel was clean, open, and inviting. The staff was delightful, friendly and engaging. You could tell the staff loves their job!!! I was given an upgrade to my room, which gave me a couch and chair. I loved sitting by the large window each morning drinking coffee to a bright and sunny start to my day. Free breakfast, and dinner/cocktail hour was a wonderful surprise. I enjoyed that the pool was in the sun yet also had shade. Plus a hot tub. I was here for leisure, and left energized. Altho I was sad to leave, I'm looking forward to my next stay. Thank you so much!!!

The ONLY disappointment. I thought the hotel offered a shuttle from the airport. But my amazing stay over ruled my disappointment.

The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The free breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel before, and the dinner with drinks coupon was such an exciting bonus! The pool and hot tub looked clean. I didn't get in because of the number of kids in the pool, but the outside area was gorgeous. Definitely will stay here again.

Nothing that the hotel can control! I didn't enjoy the amount of children in the hot tub at like 9 pm, especially when I am a mom on a little getaway. But, everything about the actual hotel was amazing!

First off I encountered a mix-up in the location I wanted. Although it was advertised as non refundable, the receptionists at both locations were kind, helpful and quick to resolve issue, fully refunded. Our King bedroom suite was very clean, large and comfortable. Plenty of soft pillows and extra bedding for sofa bed. Quality shampoo,, conditioner and body wash. I can't say enough good about the hospitality of this hotel chain!! The included breakfast was not only a wide variety but very tasty, as was the surprising complimentary evening cocktails and buffet!

Rooms are nice, comfortable beds. Hot breakfast, evening happy hour, with lots of food options available. Free drink tickets upon check in.

Unfortunately, food quality seems to be slipping a bit. But hey, it's free so I shouldn't be complaining... This time there were SO MANY large families!! LOUD! UNRULY! They completely took over the pool, and breakfast area, so my husband and I just gave up and didn't even attempt to go in there. DISAPPOINTED.

Breakfast and dinner provided, but food should be heated to a higher temperature (not lukewarm). Room was large and comfortable; loved that water temp heated up quickly. Tickets for drinks was very nice. Staff was excellent, very helpful and attentive.

There wasn't a directory for television channels; couldn't tell what program was on each channel (need a "tv guide"). Also, bottled water and lotion should be complementary.
