It was close to the event we were going to it was only 2 miles from Wild Horse pass. The breakfast was decent the eggs and sausage were kind of like rubber but everything else was good. And we have the windows open in our room and you can hear the highway it was really loud but when we close the windows it was super quiet we couldn't even hear it. So it's silenced the freeway out really good.

The only thing I could really complain about is that at like 7:00 in the morning there where the landscaper people and they had like three leaf blowers blowing and it woke us up and it was annoying cuz they were Leaf blowing for a long time.

You know, for the price, and on a limited budget, I chose Wingate and it wasn't the first time, and will not be the last. I love the breakfast options, yummy waffles and great coffee! The staff at reception and on the dining area are great and accommodating.

Well, I had to go show the front desk that the microwave and refrigerator weren't clean. 🙃 Fortunately I didn't use either, but the young man said he'd get with housekeeping about it. And no way to shut the curtains which needed fixed, too, but again, fortunately I did need to be up early.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with the key card and they fixed it right away, even found us in the hall before we came back to the desk because they were checking on us and cared! Thank you!

Long wait at check in but there was only one person on, so it must be scheduling issues. Middle of the day middle of the week. That's not the employees fault. That would be management. She greeted us and said she'd be with us soon so she was doing everything she could.

The Hotel was comfortable and a good value. I felt safe. Room was clean and quite. It is a small hotel, but that's ok. Bed and pillows were super comfortable.

Only one elevator. But hotel size, probably doesn't have room for second elevator. Breakfast was at 6:oo am, but I needed to be in training at that time, so I was able to take advantage of the breakfast. It would be nice if hotel offered some concessions for people that need to be somewhere before 6.

The breakfast was very well prepared and offered a good variety of choices. Nisha, the breakfast room attendant was particularly friendly and professional. Sam, the General Manager was also very helpful and professional.

Finding the hotel was a bit of a hunt. It is located on a side street immediately off the exit from I-10. The sign pointing the turn into the street is not really visible until the last minute so we missed the turn. Had to hunt around the area for another way to get in. But, found it and were otherwise pleased.

The breakfast was very good. It was a good place when we left the airport to stay.

We arrived very late as our plane was delayed a couple of hours but we called ahead and told them we would be coming. We were assigned a room that had very strong pet urine smell. We then went to the front desk & they gave us a different room which was fine. The front desk was helpful in getting this room switched.

Great location. I always stay here when I go visit my daughter in Phoenix. Close to freeway. Convenient to go shopping. There isn’t a Circle K in walking distance. 15mins drive to ASU. It is quiet and safe around the hotel. Staff here are always friendly and kind. I left my charger cable and they save it for me.

Bathroom needs a little bit more update. It was slightly too dark.

The breakfast was good and the Hispanic woman who was hosting was very nice and welcoming. There was no linens for the pullout couch for my son but after realizing at a late hour, front desk was more than happy to help retrieve some. 😊 Thank you!

A couple wall scuffs and a couple things needed attended to but other than that nothing that would keep me from coming back. Thanks again!

I still come back to this place every time. I'd rather spend the extra $20 here than stay at the competitive places nearby for cheaper. Plus, the breakfast is at the bare minimum good. Everyone at the front desk is really cool. If you have a problem, just be nice, and I'm pretty sure they can make your stay valuable. I also game while im here, so the wifi is excellent!

Maybe the location. It's behind a couple of big branded hotel companies, so people who don't do their research may miss the opportunity to stay here. But hey, more rooms for me and prices stay right there in the middle.

Everything about the property was wonderful. Everything was always clean. The staff was very exceptional. Nice can’t say enough about the staff there. They are absolutely wonderful people and attend to whatever needs you might have. Sam, the general manager was spot on very knowledgeable willing to help every time we had a question and no concerns whatsoever. You made sure that our stay was perfect and it was seeing that myself and my wife was married while we were out there. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone and when I’m back in that area, that will be the place that I will stay for sure.

there was nothing about the property that I did not like.
