The property is right off the freeway so easy access to anything in the city! The facilities are very nice and clean, the rooms are well laid out and functional. We were given a suite with a full kitchen that even had an electric stove and essentials like a toaster and pots and pans and plates. AC units worked great and the staff was extremely helpful every time we needed anything. The breakfast is also a full breakfast with fresh made waffles and eggs and all kinds of sides. The pool is a good size and is indoor so can be used with kids anytime.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

The staff was amazing and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. I was giving a room on the 4th floor facing the mountains. I don't know why but it seemed like I had a swimming pool to myself my whole stay. I liked everything

Although an older facility it was well appointed and beautiful. Exceptionally clean. The front desk and breakfast staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing for a chain hotel. Two points I need to make: 1 the roll in shower allowed water to get outside the shower area causing a slipping hazzard and 2 the office chair supplied in the room was very uncomfortable. The back felt loose and the chair needed arms to make it more stable. Small infractions but when you have mobility problems both can be dangerous. We were quite impressed with your hotel and if in the area would definitely consider staying again.

It was clean, and breakfast was great.

The bathroom sink was clogged, and when I brought up to the night staffs attention, she wasn't very helpful. When I went and asked the same person for bedding for the sofa bed, she gave me sheets only, and when I asked for a blanket, she said they were out and didn't have any. It is hard to believe with such a big hotel that includes sofa beds.

Front desk associate was terrific! My apologies for not remembering her name. She was friendly, social & informative. The room was roomy and comfy. Pillows could have been better. Room was a tad stuffy when we arrived but once we turned down the a/c , it freshened up a bit. The halls smelled a bit like a hospital…. maybe the carpets could use a good cleaning. The free breakfast was better than most …. Good variety, plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Loved the professional staff

The $150.00 incidental hold is so stupid that's more then the price of the room and it takes forever to get the hold released. The staff said it was the bank that holds the funds but the bank says it's the hotel for that reason I might not stay there again you had no time delay taking my money why is there a time delay on giving it back

I like the fact that they had a full breakfast and the staff was really friendly. It was no hassle checking in and no hassle checking out very accommodating. I asked for blankets they bought me blankets. They didn’t have anyone hovering over the food while you ate breakfast it was just really nice.

Please fix the pool. It is an asset, especially in this temperatures.

The property was so nice and clean, no trouble with the room at all. Mindy I believe is her name was so nice and helpful she really made me feel welcome.

Leaving the property I dealt with probably the rudest lady I have ever ran into. Her name was Jaqueline, she didn’t want to help me and made that very clear, she slammed the paper down and threw it towards me. I have never dealt with someone with such a nasty attitude.

The breakfast was good. Food was hot and well presented. Lobby, elevators and hallways very nice. The room was adequate and clean. We had a great view of the highway, mountains and casino. We were there over New Years. The fireworks displays were awesome!

Dining area was very crowded. Not enough seating. In our room, we were not able to adjust the temperature.

The customer service and the gentlemen at the front desk that greeted me as well as accommodated me and my family with our needs during our stay as well right before we left when we needed more time to pack up was amazing and excellent. I will definitely be coming back! And this stay was just a spur of the moment stay for my family and I due to snow we would have to go through on our way home so we decided to stay here.
