Room service was very slow....I ordered towels it took almost an 1hr or more to get them. And info for room cleaning wasn't easy to use.

The location was amazing. I loved the environment and the friendly staff.

The hotel is very clean, quiet, and in a convenient and safe location. The staff was pleasant and responsive. Plus, it has a laundry room that guests can use for a fee. I enjoyed my stay.

The lighting in the bathroom is terrible, so if you have to "get ready" to go anywhere, the bathroom is not well lit. Also, there were no drawers in the room, so I had to live out of my suitcase for 3 days I was there. These are minor things and did not impact my overall opinion. Just FYI.

Room was clean. It was nice they had a staffed bar onsite available especially on a weeknight and after a long drive and late arrival.

It was updated but the feel was modern and cold. The light bar above the bed was out and so was one of the lights between the bed. Lighting in the bathroom around the mirror wasn't very bright. Would have been nice to have a free breakfast included in the price although they did have breakfast available for order and payment.

I appreciated the daily texts asking if I needed anything. One per day was perfect. Also, the entire facility looked well cared for. We learned from the bartender that the hotel is about 7-8 years old but looked much newer.

We were fortunate to not have neighbors in the rooms next to us for 2 nights. The 3rd night some folks moved in and it was very noisy. Seemed like normal activity of getting settled in but we could hear everything - every step, opening and closing drawers. Seems like walls are pretty thin.

The place was clean, bed was comfy and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Definitely stay again.

The cleaners didn't fully clean the room they changed the bed sheets but didn't take the dirty glasses (still there)or replenish the tea station or cups. This was more the cleaners than the hotel they didn't clean the room I had to call down to reception after noticing they passed my room i spoke to the cleaner and she said it's not my day which it was,(day 3) they came back later but just did a very quick sheet change and that's it. My room was only clean once in 7 days due to the cleaners coming at 8am to clean (day6)but we were still asleep they didn't come back.

When I checked in wasn’t told about breakfast or dinner that was served downstairs in the lobby. I asked if I needed to check in early would it cost. I was yes it would be 35.00 or free if I needed. I didn’t end up needing to but when I wanted to have a late checkout it was going to be almost 80.00

the HR kicked us out because of a “noise complaint” they said they were getting noise complaints from last night and wanted to kick us out 9 in the morning when i was supposed to check out at 11 am when i paid 366.90 i expected for something to be the high and don’t have free breakfast to let people have their fun !

The entire site was clean, modern and generally comfortable. The staff displayed excellent customer service.

Footsteps from room above very noisy and while I loved the laminate flooring, there was lots of echo in the room and from the room above. I was awakened each time someone above got up to go the the bathroom overnight by their footsteps and awakened again at 5:30 am when they got up for the day.

The location was perfect. There were plenty of shopping and dinning. There was a mall and plenty to do. The beds were comfortable and the staff was so kind! The pool was wonderful and we had an amazing view my kids had the best time. Definitely staying there again.

Everything was exceptional. No complaints.

The location was great! The hotel was perfect, very clean. This hotel was very modern. Our room had blackout curtains which was great! I highly encourage staying here, I can’t wait to come back!
