Plenty of close parking, Quick check in. Friendly staff. Accommodating to changing conditions. I had a surgery planned in the local area. I was unsure how long I was going to be in the hospital, they took care of my wife's needs day to day without hassles. No surprise rate hike. This was a surgery 2 years ago and a recent surgery . Both times they took care of our needs. Very reliable to people needing a place to stay without knowing the exact checkout date. Close to the hospital.

The premier suites is very clean

The manager stated that I left stains in the linen … in front of other customers . I asked was it hair dye ? I was confused but it was a bit embarrassing. Please address customers alone in regards to those issues .

This room was the cleanest I've had in the past 3 months of traveling. Of course, for the money, it should have been.

The cost. Plus, the bait and switch on having a pet. I booked stating I had a pet and when I go tthere, they told me it could be more money plus I couldn't have the room I booked. I think this is more Booking.com's fault, but regardless, it should never have happened.

The location was good and check in services was quick.

Although our room was clean, I did however find long strands of hair under the comforter on the sheets which made me uncomfortable most of the night. Also, the breakfast bar might need improvement as my daughters and I only had little cutie oranges due to the breakfast bar being empty. We arrived to the breakfast bar 40 mins before closing so we assumed they would be stocked.

Only complaint I have is why have 3 TVs with 3 remotes when they all connect to just 1. Every TV had to be in same channel and if one person changed all changed (channels, volume). I found a work around to turn a TV on without remote but the min you changed channel it triggered the other TV to turn on. Other than that no complaints. I do wish there was a standard broom in the room to sweep.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was next door to a Duane Reade (or maybe CVS?) and very close to shopping areas where I could pick up the things I needed. Staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat to shop.

Would have preferred something closer to the center but for the price the accommodations were great and it's pretty easy to get around by car or bicycle.

This is a very nice hotel. Staff is great and rooms are clean and everything functioned as expected. Quiet area not too far from Gateway airport and many restaurants nearby.

The grab and go breakfast lacked a little something. Exactly same thing (blueberry or chocolate muffins, yogurt, pkg oatmeal and orange) every morning gets a little old. We finally chose to go out one morning.

For an included breakfast the food was good. Hard boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins, oatmeal and energy bar with choice of coffee or hot chocolate. Staff was friendly and helpful during checkin.

Nothing to complain about.
