All the staff members seemed to actually enjoy working there. Super nice and having fun, but still professional. They have a thing from 5:30-7:30 in the evening where each adult (over 21) gets a card to get 3 drinks free each per night. During that time, they also have a little dinner that's free! Breakfast is included and fantastic, too. The front desk has complimentary toiletries if you forget (I got toothpaste from them). The room had a fridge and microwave. Lots of space and very comfortable. This place goes above and beyond while being reasonably priced. Will absolutely stay again.

The only bummer was the hot tub outside, not having working jets that I really wanted on my back after traveling. It wasn't that big of a deal at all, though. The temperature was great and helped anyway.

Excellent location; close to shopping & restaurants; exceptionally friendly staff ! Clean , spacious room ; loved the 24 hour coffee bar ! Breakfast was delicious & the afternoon meal /drinks were a plus ! We appreciated the Cafe/ Bar open late for a quick bite after a long day . We will definitely be back or look for a Drury Inn when we travel.

The only issue was the road construction in front of the hotel, which made it difficult to turn in , but that’s not anything to do with the hotel itself & is temporary.

We arrived late and it was nice to have the restaurant in the hotel that you could order food. It was surprisingly tasty. Staff were very friendly. Spent one evening at the pool and it was great and all the groups were having such fun! There was a nice vibe.

Breakfast menu not to my liking. Would like better eggs and breads. Maybe other options in the lovely evening drinks and food provided. Traveling with pescetarian so options limited (mac and cheese and salad). But appreciate the effort and I think the menu probably works well for many families.

The breakfast at all your locations is ALWAYS excellent. The choices are perfect for every family member, even the picky eaters. The staff are all amazing. Especially the food service workers. The bedding is oh so wonderful and the rooms are always clean. The staff are very accommodating and kind and caring. This last stay was so my son-in-law could go into the hospital for 5 days. While he was in the hospital, myself, daughter, and grand kids enjoyed the rest and relaxation. The hospital visits are very tough on the family but your hotel provides us with much needed respite. The only complaint is, please change the dinner menu. There are not enough choices. Maybe add macaroni salad,

The location was in a safe area of the city. It was newt and well-maintained. The only thing that’s missing in our room was a bathtub. i love the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The staff are super friendly and would go beyond your expectation. If there’s an epitome of courteousness and respectfulness, that’s the staff at the hotel. Thank you so much for your kindness

We stayed at this hotel on a visit to Spring Training. It exceeded my expectations in several ways. First, the room, while not spectacular from a furnishing perspective, was especially comfortable. Beds were great and bathroom very nice. Second, the breakfast was amazing. Lots of items to choose from, including two waffle makers, lots of seating, good coffee, etc. Third, the happy hour, which we only took part in twice, was also well stocked with food items and the three free drinks each evening was certainly very generous. Last, the employees, from the front desk to the breakfast area, were especially friendly.

Not the fault of the hotel, but it's a bit out of the way for Spring Training venues.

The lobby is very spacious, clean, easy to navigate to the elevator. It's nice that they have a restaurant/bar open many hours per day. Our bed was very comfy with adequate linens and pillows. The room itself was very spacious with a separate sitting area with a couch and sofa. The closet had a full length mirror for its door. The bathroom was very spacious, had a real door that closed, plenty of light, and an easy to walk into large shower area. The front desk person was able to accommodate a late check out for us, too.

The only thing that I did not enjoy was the pool and jacuzzi being overcrowded most of the time. A lot of kids/ children at the hotel when we stayed. I believe that there were a few kids soccer and volleyball staying at the hotel during our stay so that was not the hotel’s fault. It was just bad timing in our part.

Everything. The staff were excellent, always available and very helpful. The room was nice, mattress was comfortable, TV was nicer than other hotels. There was free food and drinks, including alcohol, at night and the free breakfast in the morning was a feast of a buffet. There was literally more free food than a person could eat. By far the best free food I've ever had at a hotel. When we needed water and snacks, they're readily accessible, and staff was always on hand for purchasing them. This was my best hotel stay of all time.

I liked being asked about housekeeping upon checkin. Everyone was so friend,y. The breakfast was average. I did not like that there was no butter. The room was very clean and functional. Elevator access was easy. The evening drinks and food was a great touch for families especially. I think this hotel is a great value. It was easy to get an Uber there.

The vegetable spread instead of butter at breakfast. The same breakfast food everyday. That’s all and neither of those things is a big deal.
