From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Our first evening included a lovely buffet-style dinner, which was a great way to start our stay. Breakfast each morning was enjoyable, and having access to snacks throughout the day was a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the hotel’s location made it easy for us to get around and explore the area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The pool area was not the greatest, but it met our need. It was super nice to use the lounge area and have access to free water, snacks, and breakfast (real plate & utensils). Big TV in the room.

If you are not an awards member sign up because you will be charged $12 for the night. The rewards program is free, and I am a member, but it is still something I find odd for this type of hotel.

Our room had a great view of Chandler's city lights.The room was clean and roomy. Staff were all attentive and polite.

Only thing I didn't like were the curtains.They were not black out curtains,so we woke up earlier than planned due to the sunlight coming in the room.

When we arrived at this, our last hotel, like the other 2, they could not find our reservation. The manager happened to find that Booking,com had submitted my name incorrectly.

All the staff were super friendly, which reflected in the friendliness of the other guests. The staff went out of their way to help us.

Gorgeous modern property! Stellar service from front staff. Beautifully maintained. Dog-friendly. Starbucks lounge is AWESOME!! Fitness center fantastic! Bed AMAZING! Room super modern, yet cozy and comfy!!!

Clean; inviting and comfortable

I liked it over all; windows not clean on floor by elevators or in our room that was the only thing I noticed our whole visit.

The whole hotel is superb, the staff is really nice. They offered us a bigger room bc I mentioned that my father uses a wheelchair, we were all very thankful.

All employees were very helpful, kind, polite and Zoey went out of her way to fix a problem immediately and fairly.

That the lounge wasn't open earlier. That lunch wasn't served.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

A maintenance person had to adjust the shower to work properly.
