Location was great. Close to where we needed to be. Balcony's on each room.

Room smelt of smoke from previous guest. I was charged for smoking in the room when nobody in our party smoked. This was not disclosed when I asked for the hotel folio at check out but noticed on our credit card charge otherwise would have disputed this at time of check out. Was charged for parking which I thought was excessive based on the hotels location. Stayed in a wheel chair accessible room. Bathroom had tiles missing and some hand rails were loose.

Room was comfortable and pool was great.

No breakfast included!! Paying for parking is wrong. Increase your room prices $12. We stayed for 9 days!! $12 a,day in parking is robbery. Maybe give free parking if you stay so many days. Not sure if we will stay again. We will find a hotel providing parking and breakfast

12 bucks for parking. Really? Too much $ for convenience items like water sodas bar etc as a comp to other hotels. They are not convenient, rather frustrating they are there but too much making you fell you are being ripped off

Great location to be a bit away from the hustle and still within reach of plenty of recreational activities and dining if you're in a vehicle. Very friendly staff for the most part, and very accommodating. Clean rooms and all appliances working, spacious and comfortable living area. The options for a work place on a laptop in the room and in the dining area are nice. Breakfast buffet is well stocked with plenty of choices, and the few plate options are good to have too, though I didn't try them because I was satisfied with the buffet! Oh and love the juice options..

Vicky, is pretty much the only downside to this particular hotel. If you can manage to not see her, you'll have a pleasant experience overall! Also, the oatmeal I think would be better to have a hot water/milk dispenser & individual packets and the small area for the patios should be sweeped/hosed down more often.. there were spiderwebs. Didn't like an unstocked minibar, but I get it.. & no room service breakfast.

The front staff is great and friendly. The setting is great and it has a relaxed atmosphere.

I reserved a walk in shower or a handicap room but got a regular room and tub. The problem was corrected quickly. The rooms are getting tired and the carpeting is frayed. Also, I think the $250 hold for potential charges is excessive and still has not been released. There are no USB ports in the room--something even Motel 6 has.

Loved the property. Was very unhappy I used Booking.com to book this room. Another person who was on this trip with us booked directly through the Holiday Inn and her room was $300 cheaper than ours. So will do my homework next time prior to using a third party.

The staff was great! Location was perfect.

Breakfast to short. I was disappointed that we didn’t get a king size bed and a sofa like I requested. They said because I booked it on booking.com you get what they got.

Update room entry doors. You could see through the gap from the top to the bottom and all the way across the bottom. The feeling was a little unsafe as we could watch people walk by with the door closed. The heated pool was cold and the hot tub was not hot...Breakfast was decent and should be free to guest opposed to $15 a person.

Parking fee. We didn't have a car this time, but usually rent one when we're visiting. The $12 parking fee will keep us from staying again when we have a car.

Staff was friendly, helpful and competent. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Paying for parking $12/day - that's ridiculous when already paying $200+ for a room. It should be included.
