It was quiet,. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable.

The bathroom wasn't exactly clean it had hair of previous customers the toilet didn't look clean it didn't meet my expectations. I was traveling with children so I was unhappy about the bathrooms cleaninless. I had to clean it myself to make sure my kids could use it safely.The beds had crumbs and hair they also didn't look clean didn't feel comfortable using their blankets. Other than that it was fine everything else was good and looked clean.

Nice newer building - safe area and good location for our related business activities. Rooms are comfortable for the most part - standard, but no perks (clean towels, paper goods, etc) and despite having a kitchenette set up they provide nothing in the room to cook with. Assuming this is because they do not cost as much as other hotels in the area. Good weight room

Would love softer beds, these hotels cut costs by not offering housekeeping, towel replacements (unless you pay an added fee) and it's a bit humiliating to have to ask the staff for more toilet paper because they don't do housecleaning. We actually bought our own to have to avoid asking for replacements which I feel for the price paid, should just be automatically left in the room. Again - other hotels are more expensive, which is why we stay with Woodsprings, but there are just better ways of offering the basics which should be included in the price of rent.

Location was wonderful, nice and quiet with an open lot near by giving us plenty of room. Really enjoyed, not much to eat around however it was worth it.

Very odd place, no ice machine at all. Kitchen with nothing to go with it so you better know to bring your own stuff. Overall stay was good but would have been great to know some of these things ahead of time.

I liked the layout.

I did not like that you can hear people taking through the walls and the room did not have a low lighting option like a night light. Also that if book 2 nights and my situation changes last minute and I would not be needing the 2nd night I could not cancel the second night after staying the 1st night.

Location and price, clean. Refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, cutting board, very nice but no utensils. Plenty of towels and washcloths but only one small soap and shampoo. No lotions or other personal care amenities. But—this was also very ecological so that’s a plus.

New property had few amenities—two vending machines not fully supplied ( no water in beverage machine). Blinds in room did not fully cover window.

The hotel is in a very safe location and it is brand new! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

I called to ask after I made the reservation, but it would be nice to know in your ads or booking information that all rooms are on interior corridors, especially for women traveling alone. This is a big plus for your hotel and you need to point it out to potential customers!

Excellent staying experience! There is a full-size refrigerator, small stove (electric, two tops), microwave, and single sink--never expect there is a fully functional kitchen in the room!

Overall the hotel was nice. Clean, new, staff was friendly. The beds were very uncomfortable! Felt like cots
