Super comfortable bed. Great layout. Good amenities. Restaurant had great service and good choices

Actually I prefer a room with rugs or carpet. It just feels cold otherwise. Also, the light behind the bed was so bright when we wanted to sleep I had to unplug it so we could sleep. I didn't understand the need for it and could not locate a switch to shut it off. Not a big deal but I thought the nightstands should have had a drawer in them. It would have been helpful.

For being above where check in and the bar is very quiet. Late check in is which worked for our staycation. I wish I would have went to the poolside as looked so refreshing

There was no one at the front desk beside security when we arrived. Maybe front staff was having a off night but she wasn't very happy. If I didn't listen to what she had told the other person I wouldn't have known that I could order breakfast. Handed me my key card but never even told me the room # which I get is written inside. First time staying there. For 2 people only 2 bath towels were in the room I didn't bother contacting Housekeeping just made it work

We liked the location, cleanliness and friendly staff.

The area around the pool was very slick when wet. Rooms were very dark even with most of the lights on.

My room did not get cleaned until after the second night, after I asked housekeeping for a large trash bag. The beds felt too small. The pillows were too soft

Amazing cookies , the staff were amazing , rooms are super clean , showers were amazing. Truly best bang for your buck for an amazing hotel.

Nick was amazing at the front desk! Our wedding day stay was here and all the rooms were booked but Nick was able to make sure our room was not given away no matter what time we checked in! We loved the Stay and thank You for everything!

The location was great for the reason we were in town. There were plenty of things to do and eating establishments were varied. The street on which the hotel is located is easy to navigate. It runs pretty much from the 202 loop up to the I-60.

Garbage piled up at second floor elevator landing is unprofessional. Floors 3 & 4 have an ice machine located in the same landing area as floor two. Not sure why floor 2 doesn’t have an ice machine in that area instead of trash holding area. Our room’s bathroom remodel looked like a “honey due” job. Had to negotiate for extra towels.

Located in a nice area for shopping & dining, large outdoor pool with spa. Clean Workout Room. Clean and updated front lobby and dining/bar area. Love the wood floors in the rooms.

Side entrances to hotel were unlocked (no card key needed). Elevators: OK - the cleanliness of the lobby & elevators speak volumes of what I can expect of the room! Room: was dusty, baseboards & floors, under sink cubbies, window sill, a/c unit, bed headboard and light fixtures, LOUD a/c Unit!

The staff was great. They were very polite and accommodating. They took very good care of us. They care about their guests. Great job.

Lack of sufficient trash cans in the room. Only one trash can in the room.

We like how close it was to the San Tan Village Marketplace, there were also close by restaurants, attractions and many more.

Some of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful while others were very hard-headed and very closed off.
