Honestly this place was incredible! The price was very reasonable considering how clean and nice it was. The hotel exceeded my expectations from the room to the amenities like the large pool! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They even had a free breakfast and honestly it was the best continental breakfast I have ever been to! They even had gluten free options for people. Love this hotel! Will definitely be back!

Honestly the place was amazing.

I got what I paid for and expected , nice pool, we'll maintained, professional courteous staff all staff were great. Food well prepared and maintained during hours available. Shopette items were reasonably priced and well stocked assortment. Would have enjoyed an adult beverage.

Didn't stay long enough, maybe an adult beverage choice at the shopette, better lightning in the room be carry and use our own bulbs the. Replace before leaving

This was the third Holiday Inn property we stayed at this trip and it was definitely the best. The location is great. The pool was the star for us as it was heated and allowed our kids to swim mid-March when temperatures are unpredictable. We are a family of five and appreciate the pull out couch.

There were minor cosmetic opportunities in the room itself but did not affect cleanliness.

Breakfast was great. Nice selection. Hot and fresh. Coffee was outstanding.

Shower doors toward the bottom of the glass a little cleaner from soap scum. Bottom shower rail scrubbed When the shower water hit it slime and crud washed off. Outside edges of shower rail and front corners needed scrubbed . Toilet paper holder needed straighten and tightened up. Other than those items. All was good

My husband is receiving cancer treatment at the cancer center one block away. That is the main reason we are in Gilbert. However there are a number of hotels and we are glad we found this one. We will be staying there three more times this month. We do wish we could receive a special hospital visitor rate for this extended stay. The people at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious as handicapped and extremely clean. Breakfast is ample and well presented. Lots of choices.

The phone in the room were not working well, I did not get our wakeup call and the phone next to our bed did not work at all......We were told there have been problems and the staff was working on it......I was glad I did set my phone as well as our appointment at the hospital was an important one and we could not be late. The room door is soooooo heavy I can hardly get it open and most difficult to hold it open when trying to bring in the luggage.

For me, location was great. If you plan on doing business in Phoenix, I suggest a different location due to the traffic on the freeways unless you plan for it. The free breakfast was a good start to the day. Room was very comfortable.

Only complaint, and my issue has already been addressed by IHG, were the room doors that have to close at a certain speed but were very loud when closing. More a responsibility of the person staying there and not being polite and slowing the closing..

I wanted to fill my travel waterbottle with cold water from the breakfast orange juice despenser but the food attendance directed me to the fountain drink station in the gym area so far away from my Family. The water in the gym was not even cold. I was disappointed

Location was good, close to family, we came to attend a graduation. The breakfast was descent; my husband was happy that they offered biscuits & gravy one morning. I like the egg white omelets wish they offered potatoes too.

Wish the hot water for the tea was hotter, seemed to be lukewarm.

Hotel was clean and quite. Initially hard to find, hidden behind a taller one between it and the street. Staff was helpful and pleasant Breakfast was good (staff member handling the breakfast area was a little grumpy with out 9 year old). Other wise it was great. Will stay there again and definatel use this company again.

We were greeted with a welcoming smile and a great attitude upon entering to check-in. It was suoer clean! Our room was perfect, clean, well stocked with towels. We reserved 2 queen beds and that is what we received - not 2 doubles, which unfortunately happens so much. The bed was so comfortable, the sheets and comforter were fresh and clean, there were enough pillows for everyone to have 2 - did not have to call for extra! Nice upgraded shower head with 3 settings to change around. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower to use, not the little annoying bottles: same with hand soap and lotion by the sink. Awesome bathroom lighting! We had an individual working keurig with a few k-cups and the add-ins. Nice surprise of a mini-fridge and microwave which always comes in handy! We had a pool view which was nice. There was an on site gym, the pool and spa, kitchen area in the lobby for the free breakfast. Check out was super easy, and no sneaky charges were added on. The free breakfast was yummy with omelets, sausage, bagels, cinnamon rolls, make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt. The hotel location is walking distance to a grocery store and a shopping plaza with tons of restaurants to chose from. Nice to you you can take leftovers back to your room and able to store them and reheat them as needed. My child really liked this hotel as well and wants to go back.
