The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Luann at check in was great. Breakfast was delicious. Julia did a great job keeping everything filled and the area clean. She was pretty stealth doing so too. The pool area was really nice. We used it often. The room was really comfortable and well maintained.

I wish the pool towels were a little bigger but I understand why they are not. There were daily issues with the card reader when entering the building from the rear entrance. It would not work when it is too hot (the reader is in direct sunlight so it was always overheated). Some kind of shade for it might help?

The Price and name.

I could not turn on the TV for some time, had to flip a switch on for the electricity to work in the room. Time to change those batteries in the TV remotes team. The remotes are delayed which is due to lack of power. Found a pair of socks from the previous occupant on the floor which I left behind. The highway never got quiet all night which was a little disappointing since I thought the building to be a good spot to stay and get back on the road. This is something that should be noted in the booking, "expect highway noise". Or, thicken the window glass. Aside from those things, I did enjoy the stay.

we stayed prior to our early morning flight. The gentlemen at the front desk ordered a cab for us to arrive in the am. Unfortunately our cab never showed and the company didn't know when one would be available! The woman at the front desk's shift was ending and kindly offered to drive us to the airport! She was wonderful!!! We didn't realize cabs were so unreliable and didn't have an Uber or lyft account. Five stars to her! I wish I took her name.

On checking my credit card I was charged more than double for our stay. I am currently disputing this charge!

The room was very clean and well stocked when I arrived. The Breakfast was okay...but mainly I just have coffee in the Morning and the Coffee was very good. The Pool area was well maintained and clean and there were ample towels available and the Jacuzzi was in good working order. The staff was very efficient and pleasant to deal with during my stay. The location was excellent and at least 4 nice Restaurants within walking distance. Easy Freeway access.

I had no problems or complaints.

Breakfast was good. I ordered queen size beds and got full size beds. I asked the lady vacuuming if I could get another trash bag and she was rude but I just ignored the attitude and went to the store and bought my own I will return to La Quinta because overall it was a good experience and very nice place and people

Not enough trash bags in the room or towels see above answer of what I did like because I said them both I will return it is a better place than what I've ever rented before

Quiet, friendly and comfortable. The lay out actually felt like home rather than a hotel. Had several restaurants to chose from very close to the hotel.

The bathroom sink had a leak around the bottom of the faucet. We found a washcloth by the faucet to catch the leaking water. Apparently was a known issue and still placed us there. I made my reservation way in advance not just a walk in. Felt something should have been done in advance. The offered breakfast was not like the one I had at one off the properties in Boise ID. Hard boiled eggs and waffles was pretty disappointing. In Boise we had scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, waffles, assortment of breads, assortment of cereals and all the fixings. Was hoping this property was at least close to the same.

This is a lovely place to stay. Big room. Clean and comfortable. Recliner in the room. Though we were on the third floor with the dog, we were right by the elevator and the door to outside was right where we got off on the first floor. Decent breakfast with hard boiled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.

We had a little trouble with our door handle. Seemed a little loose.

There's an outdoor pool and an indoor gym. The size of the room and cleanliness of everything was great. The hotel was close to highways so you can get where you're getting to in a quick drive.

Breakfast was a little lacking. I would have liked to see some variety in the hot entrees between the two days instead of just waffles, boiled egg, and sausage patties. There was also yogurt, bagels, oatmeal, and cereal adding in a good variety of choices overall.

We recently stayed at another La Quinta that made me debate if I should ever book with them again (we have never stayed at a bad La Quinta prior to this trip. They are always fantastic), but we decided to try this hotel in a different location for the last night of our trip. It was beautiful. Clean pool, comfy room, nice breakfast- it was just wonderful. We will be staying here next time for sure

We stayed in an ADA room and requested a seat for the shower; however, it was explained to us upon arrival that there were no seats available in the hotel. Had we known this, we could have brought ours from home. A couple of minor issues within the room but maintenance was quick to respond. We have stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so.
