we stayed prior to our early morning flight. The gentlemen at the front desk ordered a cab for us to arrive in the am. Unfortunately our cab never showed and the company didn't know when one would be available! The woman at the front desk's shift was ending and kindly offered to drive us to the airport! She was wonderful!!! We didn't realize cabs were so unreliable and didn't have an Uber or lyft account. Five stars to her! I wish I took her name.

On checking my credit card I was charged more than double for our stay. I am currently disputing this charge!

Breakfast was good. I ordered queen size beds and got full size beds. I asked the lady vacuuming if I could get another trash bag and she was rude but I just ignored the attitude and went to the store and bought my own I will return to La Quinta because overall it was a good experience and very nice place and people

Not enough trash bags in the room or towels see above answer of what I did like because I said them both I will return it is a better place than what I've ever rented before

Quiet, friendly and comfortable. The lay out actually felt like home rather than a hotel. Had several restaurants to chose from very close to the hotel.

The bathroom sink had a leak around the bottom of the faucet. We found a washcloth by the faucet to catch the leaking water. Apparently was a known issue and still placed us there. I made my reservation way in advance not just a walk in. Felt something should have been done in advance. The offered breakfast was not like the one I had at one off the properties in Boise ID. Hard boiled eggs and waffles was pretty disappointing. In Boise we had scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, waffles, assortment of breads, assortment of cereals and all the fixings. Was hoping this property was at least close to the same.

There's an outdoor pool and an indoor gym. The size of the room and cleanliness of everything was great. The hotel was close to highways so you can get where you're getting to in a quick drive.

Breakfast was a little lacking. I would have liked to see some variety in the hot entrees between the two days instead of just waffles, boiled egg, and sausage patties. There was also yogurt, bagels, oatmeal, and cereal adding in a good variety of choices overall.

We stayed in an ADA room and requested a seat for the shower; however, it was explained to us upon arrival that there were no seats available in the hotel. Had we known this, we could have brought ours from home. A couple of minor issues within the room but maintenance was quick to respond. We have stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so.

Clean rooms, complimentary breakfast, and location. The room is inviting. The breakfast bar is good but alternating foods work best when staying more than 2 days. Eating the same type of food everyday can be uninviting. I have stayed in this hotel for more than 2 days before.

There is an "unpleasant odor" in the hallways that I cannot tell what it could be when stepping off the elevators. I smelled it the first time I stayed last fall and during this last time.

Location was great - easy freeway access, only 25 min from Sky Harbor airport. Bonus- Macayo's Mexican restaurant shares the parking lot- so a great dinner in close walking distance!

Breakfast was not anything I would eat - hard boiled eggs, sausage, toast or bagel. There was cereal and milk and yogurt and fruit. Just didn't have anything I preferred.

everything was very clean and super comfortable. check in was smooth as well as checking out. we had a pool view ‘King Deluxe’ room and it definitely met our expectations. great place to stay for any type of visit. everything is super close from gas stations to shopping centers! I loved how the mall was just across the bridge. it’s so easy to get anywhere from our stay!

the only thing that was odd was that when we got to our room they had left an ozone machine running. I’ve never really heard of these things but I guess they’re used to clean out any smells from previous occupants (smokers was the main reason) we were very confused at first but we reported it to a maintenance man down the hall and he helped us right away. the machine wasn’t harmful to us it was just a minor inconvenience.

An in-room microwave would have been nice. Street side room was somewhat noisy. The desk did give us some ear plugs, which was appreciated. When we asked for some room service after two days, we did get clean towels, garbage emptied. Beds were not touched, and in-room coffee packets were not replenished. The staff was very accommodating in giving us some instructions on where to go for a nice walk. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed selection.

Location was great for our purposes the suite set up was great for our needs. The availability of the breakfast was great, but since I am on a diet which includes fasting for breakfast, I was not able to use that amenity, although my wife did.

Sometimes inconvenient to coordinate need for room cleaning service or new towels, etc. because of requirement to make the request by 9:30 Pm, the day prior.
