The hotel staff was super polite and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. The parking was easy to access, and there was a great selection of nightlife around the hotel.

The breakfast was incredibly overpriced. There is a lot of noise at night, but sleep aids are provided. My concern is that no warning is given to guests about the noise. Also, hotels need to please stop using sliding doors for the bathrooms. They simply do not work.

Rust in bathroom. Older hotel. There is a large parking garage that is behind this property. The cars kept me up half the night because young kids decided to rev their engine as loud as they could. They would drive up and down the parking garage making their car as loud as possible. It was super annoying. I would stay at this location again but my room better not face the parking garage.

Great location… lots of walkable restaurants and bars that serve really good food

Carpet scared me… I kept finding large clumps of long black hair in the bathroom- even after I notified the maid staff and they presumably re-mopped / vacuumed

Location downtown Chandler. Many restaurants walking distance.

Bathroom fan/vent wasn’t working. They offered to change rooms but we were already settled in. Maintenance did show up but never fixed/replaced the bathroom fan/vent.

Location was great. We didn’t have breakfast but did have a couple drinks in the bar. Nick was the bartender. He made special cocktails for me and they were very good. Zoe was at the front desk when we arrived and again when we left. She was so friendly and helpful.

Aside from 2 coffee cups there were not any other glasses, even though we had an ice bucket. Zoe offered to send some up but we said we’d come down.

Exceptionally clean room, safe environment

The day of check in, the lobby had a terrible odor of porta john disinfectant which was barely covering up a sewer odor. Unpleasant to say the least. Both odors were gone the morning of check out.

The room was clean, internet worked well, and the bed was comfortable (I have a bad back). Overall, the stay was very pleasant. Directly in the heart of downtown Chandler.

I stayed in March and the price was ridiculous for the room. i think I paid in the 400’s for a one night stay on a Saturday. They probably raise the prices during this season.

Location is in downtown chandler. Nice amenities.

Very noisy at night on weekends— nearby music is annoying. And the “always on” fan button was broken on hvac.

Central location, Convenient, welcoming rooms. Felt like an apartment.

Needs parking closer building to leave overnight option. Covered loading area….. it’s so HOT IN THE SUMMER.

Location for access to downtown & restaurants

There were about 12 people staying illegally in the room next to us. Loud shouting & slamming doors 2-3am. Live music across the street until 11am but that was ok.
