This property was easy to get to, clean and the staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and informative. While this stay was a short one, I will definitely be making this location my first choice. The breakfast was also excellent, the coffee was exceptionally good and always very hot. There were also some planned maintenance projects and repairs which were going to be somewhat inconvenient in the short run, but indicate to me that this property is being well managed with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and comfort. If you're looking for a great place to stay with clean and comfortable rooms where everything works and helpful friendly staff, you will not be disappointed here.

While this is not a deal killer for me, it would have been nice to have a note pad and pen handy in the room. I usually carry these with me but had forgotten to bring them this time. I'm sure if I had called the front desk that they would have gladly accommodated this very simple request.

Communication channels were limited as I booked through booking.com and had my flight cancelled and communicated this through booking.com hoping messages would get to the property but it didn’t and on arrival the next day there was no more reservation and I had been charged for a night stay as a no show. Despite showing my communication to booking.com the charge couldn’t be erased and I being told I got to take this up with booking.com which really is such a hassle

I love the private location, right away walking into the building it was clean and smelled like Christmas, was greeted by a very nice, helpful and friendly man.

It’s just small and it’s not even there fault, the cleaning staff did amazing. It’s probably one of the cleanest properties I’ve been into and I understand that they have a limited time of cleaning so many rooms and I was lucky enough to even be able to get checked in early so it’s not really a complaint. It’s more of a, personal thing for me just a little bit more care around the sink in the bathroom. There was hair from the people before and I’m really icky when it comes to hair. That’s not mine when I’m using facilities, but besides that the room was absolutely amazing.

The front office staff was very friendly and professional. Especially Jaymye. She was very sweet and helpful. The breakfast crew today was very helpful and polite . Breakfast choices were very good and fresh. The crew also worked hard to keep the area clean and stocked. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We liked that the area is kind of secluded and quiet. Will definitely be staying again. Exceptional customer service! Loved our stay!

Breakfast hours are too early and end at 9 am. Felt rushed to make it on time. Maybe 7-10 would work better. Especially when tired from the day before. It was kind of loud with kids' tournaments and noisy in early am. Kids running up and down hallways. Will request a room away from the elevator next time as it got quite loud. But overall, it was a great experience!

The accessibility of the area is perfect. Its close to everything. The breakfast is excellent. I even commented the kitchen staff that breakfast was very good. The front desk is so helpful and accommodating. There's always hot tea and coffee regardless of the time.

The carpet inside the room had its life. Probably need to change it. The bathroom tiles could have been cleaner. But otherwise everything else are great!

The breakfasts were next level for a complimentary breakfast at a hotel. They had filtered water easily accessible that was free. Free use of a computer room and printing. Goody bags if you're a part of Hilton honors, Laundry facilities, nice pool, smart TV, complimentary shower gels, shampoos and conditioners were high quality, large desk to work on, good sized fridge with microwave, tea, hot chocolate and coffee station 24/7 complimentary, suite shop

I didn't stay booking.com failed to get back to my cancelation because of my conflict with travel dates. So I had to call directly to the Hampton Inn and the person over the phone was able to cancel my reservation before I was charged. I have stayed multiple times and it's one of my favorite places to stay when in Chandler or Phoenix area. The staff is friendly and approachable thank you.

Extremely friendly staff and although the reservation was not a visible one to the hotel staff, I had all information provided to me and the staff did everything in their power to ensure that the room was not being used due to overcrowding/booking. I was delayed slightly (45min) but no fault of the hotel staff and it’s a lag in the booking system. Thank you folks for a very pleasant stay. Extremely personable each and every time seeing them. And the folks on duty (1 guy and a newer gal) they were just what made it worth the stay. Good people skills and a great team.

I had surgery while my family was at the hotel. The manager lady was very good to us and offered to extend our stay and check out time.us they upgraded my room when my brother came into town last minute to drive us from Prescott to phoenix

when they have big events, they put you on bottom floor even when requesting not to be so all you hear was 70 plus soccer players, had to wait for food and pool and hot tub. they took over hotel. Need different flavors of creamer for coffee
