I liked the convenience from the airport. My flight was cancelled for 24 hours and I did not want to sleep in the airport. I liked the pool and fitness center but couldn't use them because I couldn't get my checked luggage from the airport for my bathing suit and fitness clothes. The room was very spacious and I slept well.

The mattress needs to be replaced. It appears everyone that ever had that room slept on the side closest to the bathroom which was 6" lower than the side next to the window. And the noise from the elevator that was against my wall was annoying. The breakfast was not for me....no healthy options and the bananas were solid green.

The breakfast was great the room was beautiful. The pool was amazing just an overall great place to stay.

Well we used booking.com and ended up spending $985 when i was only supposed to be charged around $500 residence inn holds your deposit for up to 31 days after you checkout. I've been struggling with getting my $500 back. Residence Inn charged me different prices from what booking.com said. I was confused and when I asked they said it was just for incidentals. I can't really do anything until the purchases finalize they're just sitting at pending still.

The room was big and had 2 bedrooms with a full kitchen. The room was very clean, as was the whole property.The room looked freshly painted. We were able to park near entrance to our room every day, which was nice since I was traveling with 2 kids. The pool area was nice, but we didn't stay long since it was a little cooler outside. We'll rounded breakfast offered.

The lighting in the room was limited to a few small lamps. Wish there was brighter lighting in the sitting area. During the day, you could open curtains for better lighting. I'm not sure lighting fixtures could be installed due to the type of ceiling. Beds were not comfortable for me. It was on the firmer side, and I felt springs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Phoenix! The room was very clean, comfortable, and included a small but cute and well-equipped kitchen. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they even allowed us to check in early without any extra charge, which we really appreciated. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Phoenix. Highly recommended.

This location was a quick ride from the airport. Our rooms were spacious with a refrigerator and oven in suite. Breakfast each morning was amazing with a lot to choose from. Everything was quite at night when we needed to sleep.

The pool was a little smaller than we expected and the layout of the hotel was a little strange. Nothing that was a deal breaker, but if you are expecting more you would be disappointed.

The room was really nice. The glass shower was awesome. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room stayed cool. The goody bag with water, popcorn, and chocolate was very cool.

The breakfast was very mediocre and needed potatoes, bacon, and biscuits and gravy. The pool was nice but was pretty loud with all of the housekeeping and maintenance people right behind us, like a lot of foot traffic.

Overall our stay was good.

I did not like the fact that they use disposable plates, cups and even cutlery during breakfast. This creates an incredible amount of waste as well as unnecessary costs. I don’t find this approach aligned with Marriott’s own sustainability goals. At a time when we are seeing floods and fires devastating our communities due to our environmental impact, I’d expect Marriott to do better.

I was really impressed with how big the room was, full fridge & kitchen with dishware. Nice, updated and clean rooms. Close to airport. Breakfast started early which was good for our morning flight. Pool and hot tub were nothing special but enjoyed them nonetheless.

Easy check in/check out and a nice stay! Slept well and personnel were very nice!

That there was no airport shuttle. If you are an airport hotel then this should be available. We stayed with you because we had an early flight and were unable to return our car the night before because you had no shuttle service.

The rooms are very spacious and very nice! Proximity to the airport is perfect. Bit of a rough location and area but seemed safe enough at the hotel.

The bed is terribly outdated. You can tell that it once had a pillow top but is so worn down that it just feels rough & uncomfortable.
