We stayed here visiting from L.A to attend a Dodgers spring training game. To say we absolutely loved our stay would be an understatement. We traveled with my sister’s family. I called & the kind staff was able to accommodate us with adjoining rooms centrally located to the hotel entrance & pool, which was so convenient since our elderly mother also joined us on our trip. Our rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable almost felt like we were in an apartment. My 4 year old nephew had plenty of space between both rooms, was never restless or asked to go home. In fact, after several days of being home he asked to go back to the Arizona hotel. We will definitely stay here again, and recommend it to our friends and family whenever they’re in town.

The hotel has amazing pool and relaxation area, which is totally hidden from the outside world. Our kids loved it! The breakfast was delicios, they had a variety of fruits (not so ordinary in the U.S), fresh orange juice and salsa. We had half board for food option - when we arrived (just before 19) we found out that the kitchen was going to close at 19 that day. But they were still willing to serve us our dinner as takeaway. It was really nice of them as we were on the road all day, stuck in highway traffic jam for 2 hours and really hungry. Dinner was also very tasty!

Early morning there was some loud noise coming either from outside or from the toilet, couldn't understand through sleep, but it still woke us up. Fortunately it was only for a short period of time.

Location was good and room was spacious and comfortable.

Free breakfast should be included with all room reservations, not just a select few.

The place was very clean. The staff was awesome. We needed towels or anything they had it there in minutes, and if you're traveling with a dog, it has a small but cute and clean dog area and alot of great scenery and we loved the bomb fires and heated areas to sit . We loved it so much. We will be back .

The pull-out sofa bed was not comfortable, and the extra blankets could be updated and softer . And the restroom sliding door could use a lock .

THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS,CLEAN POOL,FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE,FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE IN ROOMS AND GREAT SHOWER

Everything was fine except one night(@3am)I was picking up my food from doordash and so i grabbed my food and went to try to come back thru lobby and the front desk lady stared at me an did not let me back in.i even pressed button.i forgot to grab my key card but i jus walked past her with my pjs on. i stated i just walked past you grabbed my food n turned around and she stated nonchalantly no she wasnt paying attention.im calling bs..it was literally 2 seconds so a guy leaving out is how i got in...i was furious.wow leaving a female locked out at that time of morning because you claim you werent paying attention is unacceptable.Thank God i wasnt screaming for help

The room was very spacious. That was our first wow!!! The beds were so comfortable. The towels were very soft and clean. The shower was amazing!! The lobby was great. Loved the pool and the fireplace.

The room was clean but the only thing that we were concern was the bed sheets. They looked and felt clean but saw a couple of spots of red dots. Saw couple of hair in drawers and bathroom floor. The kitchen utensils were stained and the spatula was melted half way. The knives were also spotted with rust. No forks , just one spoon. All the rest was good. If I were to stay more than one night, yes I would want to have clean utensils

Everything! The room was outstanding! When I opened the door, my jaw dropped And I couldn’t believe that suite. It was so beautiful and comfortable that I almost convinced myself to stay another night. The suite was simply amazing, just gorgeous and everything was spotless. I had room by myself but this suite is big and the perfect choice for families. Living room big TV and nice sofa sleeper, Keurig coffee machine. Wet bar. Separate toilet, big sink in bedroom with 2 queen beds. Ah, the beds. Dream sleep, soft but firm and very comfy. Best sleep ever, I went to sleep smiling. Designer. Beautiful very tasteful designer decor furniture etc. Balcony on one side and “front door” on other side of suite. Perfect for business traveler. Very close to airport so short shuttle ride to/from. nice big desk, chair setup. I travel often to Phoenix and I will definitely choose/use this hotel again! Staff great, gorgeous site. Didn’t stay long enough to use the restaurant but the menu offerings look delish. They have microbrews! Overall, the hotel was very modern and accommodating. And didn’t break the bank either. Thanks Holiday Inn!

Nothing I can think of. This place is a resort. I loved everything. I had a delightful stay here.

I liked how the properly overall looked and felt. It was very relaxing and super nice!

There was not much to like besides maybe the lighting of the room and how it was positioned. It felt really dark during the day because of the placement of the windows and the room not having overhead lighting. Just lamps to light the room.

Our daughter was looking for her own space, and the dividing room fit us perfectly! We enjoyed our stay, as everything was clean and spaced well.

The gate entry to the Courtyard from the back-side, makes you feel the hotel is in a bad area. The trash is in the back, along with the gate image kind of reminds me of the bars placed outside the windows in high-crime areas.

The lady at the front desk did a great job. When we got there the power was out so we couldn't check in. When the power came back on she had a long list of people to check in and she got it handled fast and professionally.
