Our flight was cancelled and we ended up booking this hotel at 2am and checking in at 2.30am. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and helped us with advice about taxis, shops etc as the stay was completely unplanned. The suite was enormous, clean and very comfortable. There was a great choice at breakfast and decent coffee available all day. The pool area was clean and comfortable. There were a couple of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We ended up having to stay 4 nights and really enjoyed ourselves here in spite of the circumstances. There was even a free taxi to the airport when we finally managed to get a flight home!

Safety issue. Bed frame too big for mattress so 4 inch metal piece sticking out on side of bed. I bumped my leg on it several times getting in and out of bed. Could be dangerous for housekeeping staff as well. It had a piece of tape over it which indicates to me that someone knew about it. I did report to staff on duty when we left and they assured me it would be taken care of.

Everything was going great until my last day. I called down to the front desk for towels and was told that there wasn't anyone available to bring them to the room. which was not a problem until I went to go them myself, and I encountered a rude front desk worker named Cindy

The location for the airport was very good. Super comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Staff was exceptionally friendly and considerate and helpful - at all hours

No restaurant close by within walking distance - for a dinner possibility. Access to anywhere without a vehicle made us heavily reliant upon expensive third party transport

Clean location with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was clean and stayed full with food. The attendant was active with checking on the area and the guests. I spent 3 nights there and it was great. They provide a complimentary Lyft to and from the airport.

Breakfast was great; they served hot and cold items. Good selection. Fresh fruit and yogourt was available which is great for someone with Celiac Disease. Appreciated it started at 6 am so we could eat before heading to airport.

The room we stayed in had some issues. The floor tiles were broken and grout was missing. The floor tiles moved and made noise when walked on. There was a poor repair in the shower and pieces of the plaster wiped off on us when touched. Bathroom counter was smaller than other Hampton Inns we have stayed at (no room for toiletry bag). Sheets didn't fit the king bed (elastic for fitted sheet was shot) and came off when we were sleeping (we ended up directly on mattress). Bug crawled across floor which I promptly killed. Room 345

Very clean modern style, great staff. Exactly what we needed for a night after traveling, before hitting the airport in the AM. Room was exceptional, very large and the beds were insanely comfortable. We loved it!

The bottom and sides of the pool were a tad stained and dirty however that’s the only issue we noticed, the pool and surrounding patio was very nice.

Chose this hotel because it was near the airport and we had an early morning flight. Room was spacious and clean. Parking was easy and free. Transportation to the airport was included in the room price. They called an Uber driver who was there promptly.

Although the continental breakfast was open when we left, there was nothing that was easy to take with us. Would have appreciated a muffin in a bag or even a granola bar. Would have been a nice convenience for an airport hotel.

Easy to get to, right off freeway

Located on a busy street with lots of loud vehicles going fast down the street, making lots of noise all night long! Coffee pot was empty in the morning for at least 20 minutes. Had trouble with tv controllers. Employee came to help quickly. Trash can in bathroom so small that things kept falling out

The location is very convenient to the airport and the hotel arranges transportation. Staff is fabulous. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms are great. Just be aware that the area surrounding the hotel is not for walking. You need a car to get around and there are homeless walking the streets at night. We felt very safe and there are other hotels in the area. You just need to go by car everywhere.
